All For One vs General Budo

AFO was upgraded and now I can do a fight I've always wanted to do.

This is weakened AFO, he has the same quirks as when he fought All Might.

Speed is equalized.

Who wins?

AFO's AP: 3.91 megatons

Budo's AP: 3.76 megatons

All For One: (0)

General Budo : VersusJunkie54, Schnee One, (2)

Bump may go to 6 megatons depending on if his storm has a horizon.

Regardless, Budo is outmatched in versatility and arguably skill, but his electricity Spam is going to be an absolute nightmare for AFO to deal with due to the sheer number of bolts he senses out.

And to top that off, if he really feels himself getting pushed he can fly before smashing AFO with a solid shooter. Which will either KO him from the sheer amount of electricity in his body, or kill him from its powers as its vastly stronger then his other attacks.

I can't say who takes this in raw skill, but I'm inclined to say Budo does. Since in spite of AFO's age, his battle inteligence is... well vauge. And he failed to outskill All Might... Budo on the other hand has been compared to Akame, Leone, and even Esdeath in skill and experience.

Budo probably has a slightly ap edge in this battle.

But AFO outversatiles, but due to the nature of Budo's Teigu, it can't be stolen from him.

I don't see why not. Since it's using a version of him before creating that Nomu. But if AFO has those abilities..... then Budo's in trouble

But it's weird really, both High End and the USJ Noumu have High Mid? How did AFO have two versions of that quirk.

Well there are quirks that can be similar in nature, such as TetsuTetsu and Kirishima.

But since he doesn't have those, my vote for Budo still holds

Because Quirk are passed down from parent to child, if someone has super regen, then it's very likely that one of their parents does as well.

Also there are three noumu with Regenerationn.
