Time stop is not that big of an problem since it won't effect Ben who is in a different dimension so basically alien x can still think in other words it will only affect the physical body the mind will be fine

Seems like a stomp to me. Has no hax and lacks the range to affect the personalities. He could perhaps BFR, but Alien X could perhaps could just create a portal and go back.
