I'd say inconclusive since the terminator has the advantage in range and more skilled, but the queen has acid and can regen.

Terminator should take this easily, he can easily kill the queen at range with his guns, is vastly physically superior, and is much more intelligent. Plus the Alien Queen's durability is lower compared to to it's AP, making this an easy battle for the Terminator.
