Alex Mercer vs Satsujinki

Assuming that neither have any idea of the others' abilities and bloodlusted, I'd say this could go either way. Shiki is significantly faster overall, but has vastly weaker durability and needs to strike one of Mercer's points of death in order to finish him.
Ultimately, it comes down to whether or not Shiki can get close enough.
I don't really see Shiki cutting through a Tendril Barrage Devastator though.
However, Alex in Prototype 2 has a certain streak of overconfidence, so if he doesn't go all out from the start then Shiki will end him in one hit.

I wonder does Flashing Sheath attack that he used on Arc and Flashing Step that he used vs Akiha and Ciel allow him just cut through lines and move forward?

That's a possibility. That said if it takes one hit then it could finish him off in one go.

ok how Satsujinki going to penetrate Alex Defence? can his MEoDP cut through armor?

By what? Nature or man made like high tech kind of man made or biological man made? Either way, it's just going to screw over Alex Mercer, to be honest.
Because of that one hax, I think Satsujinki is gonna win. Can't try and reason why Alex would cause I can't blame Anime and their ridiculous character feats.

For for Scenario 2 due to alex getting cocky(he let heller stab him multiple times) i think Shiki will get this.

Due to Shiki hax (can cuts through concept of death) but weak endurance (small building+), both of them only need to land one attack to each other to defeat the other.
I am inclined to vote for Shiki, not to mention, this is Satsujinki with less known feats and information compared to normal Shiki beside that he is significantly superior from normal Shiki and need to use bandage because mystic eyes killer glass can't supress his eyes anymore.
