Alex Mercer vs. Carnage

Mercer FRA. Either he touch Carnage or Carnage tries to hit him is all Alex need to absorb him.

That's now a tally of 7-0 votes in Mercer's favour.

Except by the time Carnage and Mercer touch each other they would try to absorb and possess each other. But Carnage would win by (1) curing out the Blacklight virus, (2) inactivate the virus in certain parts of Mercer's body, or (3) being so strong in possessing Mercer's body the Blacklight virus has no workable avatar and is waiting to be purged... while Mercer needs to (*) absorb every single cell of Carnage Symbiote. Speed equalisation means Mercer cannot absorb all Carnage symbiotes and Cletus' body faster than Carnage symbiote/Cletus' body taking over Mercer. By chance Carnage could just kill the virus straight out and end the game.Shootingkill said:

Carnage is not Anti-Venom (who is an another symbiote). He wouldn't be able to cure Mercer the same way Anti-Venom does. And Mercer has infected the Whitelight Virus, the same cure specifically designed to cure the Blacklight Virus, and it failed since Mercer infected it with the Blacklight Virus. Mercer absorbed the Infected, such as the Evolved, just fine. And they all have Low-High Regenerationn, so him absorbing every cell of Carnage isn't much of an issue.
Edit: Carnage's absorption could also fail, since Mercer has resistance to Biological Manipulation as stated in his profile. And probably none of the things Carnage could do would against Mercer would work like you've said due to the latter having resistance to Biological Manipulation as it have stated in his profile. And the possession ability Carnage possesses has already been debunked, especially since that ability is pretty much biological-based by nature and requires physical contact.

I don't know why you guys are going off-topic with this. Nevertheless:
Ultimate Kars having the abilities and DNA of all life forms on Earth only applies to his own setting, or else everything about his capabilities would become a NLF when Kars were to face against a character from an another setting.
