Well THIS IS THE FIRST, Not just for Strawberry Pimp boy over here but a full on loss for mercer seeing how fluently O.P. Alex can be at times so I guess Demonic altering spirits are out of his Mercer's leagues.

Hmm. So Mercer definitely can't "kill" Alastor. And Alastor's portals can be an issue due to BFRing. However, since Alastor apparently tends to lead with his darkness manipulation first, Mercer likely could achieve his win condition first, which involves infecting his targets (which he does a lot in Prototype 2, and should be his leading move against non-infected beings once you exclude PIS).

Based on Alastor's profile, he doesn't have Regenerationn (Especially any high-level ones. Solidified by the fact that he doesn't have Type 3 Immortality), Abstract Existence, Non-Corporeal/Intangibility or any other abilities that allows Alastor to physically avoid some of Mercer's hax. That means that Mercer can just gas, infect Alastor with the Blacklight Virus, and being converted into a mindless infected under Mercer's control. Mercer doesn't need to kill Alastor to win the match here, as he can pull off the non-lethal side of his hax.

Mercer's Mind Manipulation allows him to mindhax beings infected by his virus (it can spread entire cities with some time, infecting a majority of those populations in the cities), and he's able to control millions of minds through it. From what I can see, Alastor doesn't seem to have any resistance to Mind Manipulation (especially not one that allows him to resist mindhax that can affect millions), so he's going to become one of Mercer's infected here.

Uh, that looks great and all, but there's one problem with that. When I watched that scene, Alastor himself appeared next to the target he BFRed.

I... Don't really understand the context here. That... Doesn't look like BFR. That looks like he just uses his Darkness Manipulation to wrap his targets with tendrils and crush them with it. Unless the explosion of pink mist is the BFR part?

Either way, someone said that he leads with his Darkness Manipulation via the blimp feat (which I'm pretty sure this is what it is), and that doesn't look like he can BFR Mercer immediately.

Looking at it, I'm pretty sure he can also do the BFRing... and just opted to explode it before the BFR.

That looks like it took around 25-26 seconds to do based on the time-frame of the video. Mercer has enough time to start popping one of his Devastators or his gassing under those time-frames.

It still took some time to wrap his targets with the tendrils though. Alastor even made sure the tendrils is fully wrapped around his targets with a tight grip before BFRing.

Low-Godly regen would make sense actually given vivzie's description on top of Sir Pentious not dying from being blown to pieces
