Akuma definitely wins here. JB Akuma is Low Universe Buster and VS Goku is only Multi-Galaxy Buster. This is actually the same as Beerus VS Goku but the only difference is that Akuma has more overall better hax and will give Goku a hard time (assuming if Akuma is going all-out)
