So, Grand Triskellion (グラントリスケル Gurantorisukeru?), also known as the World Alteration Magic (世界改変魔法 Sekai kaihen mahō?), is a magic passed down by witches from the megalithic ages, with a tremendous power capable of changing the world, and it allowed Akko to recreate and restore the Yggdrasil and it immense magic power

Yggdrasil is a Tier 5-B/4-A stuff, and Grand Triskellion recreate it and gave it immense magic power back, so, Grand Triskellion, the World Alteration Magic is also 5-B/4-A

I don't know if characters like Croix should have that rating with Grand Triskellion, as she did touched it but didnt knew how to use, mainly that she didnt had all the Seven Words of Arcturus, but her tech was literally made to use the power of Grand Triskellion even without having the Seven Words of Arcturus and the Shiny Rod

With the Shiny Rod, she should be able to do so. Seeing as how it's standard equipment for her and battles with it should take place when she still has it, i.e between the first and second defeat of the Noir Rod, it should be applicable, I believe.

Sort of. In base form, it's Low 7-B since it was able to harm enemies who could harm Akko. 6-A is when the Rod is used in anger. It goes into an overpowered state then. Worded in the profile, it should be: 4-A with Grand Triskelion.

Shouldn't we also use herself when amped up on the world's magic for that specific key? Shouldn't be any different from keys for other protagonists when say, in the final battle, they're amped by the energy of everyone they've met when they all gather around to cheer them on.

Yeah, it did. It allowed them the power to do the final Shiny Arc that expanded the GT's magic over the world, revived Yggdrasil and one-shotted the Noir Rod.

I only remember it helping Akko to reach the Noir Rod rocket version, anyways, yeah, its a 4-A key with everyone powerups and all, it should be fine

Well if it recreated it and gave it all the magic power that it's using to "holds all of the stars and planets in the sky in place" going of it's AP rating. I guess scaling it to 4-A is fine.
