Aizen Speed Upgrade

Since my comment on the issue was ignored in the mess that is the Bleach Discussion thread I have made my own.

Very simply, Base Aizen should be relativistic for scaling to the senior captains. He was shown to be faster than Shunsui and had no issue reacting to him or Yamamoto. So he should upgraded from Massively Hypersonic+ to Relativistic.
