Well I figured I'd give this a try for the heck of it, if anything it sounded like a good idea at the time.
  • Speed is equalised
  • Both are allowed 9-B equipment only
  • Both are about 6 metres apart

Why not? Why would MK even listen to him before throwing anything and instantly decapitating the Courier? MK is a pretty direct person, who goes for the kill right away. Plus MK's own SI is passive, unlike Courier's, Courier has more feats, sure, but they need to interact first, unlike MK's who's mere presence can either charm or make people so scared, they missfire shots.

If anything, I believe VATS is a far better starting move for the Courier. And even that won't do much due to AP difference.

Because the Courier also has the same if not better Social Influencing. Also if he can calm people just by being near them then why are they even gonna fight in that case? That would lead into a dialogue nonetheless which definitely ends in the Courier telling Moon Knight to leave them alone.

Because none of the Courier's 9-B weaponry can even harm Moon Knight, something VATS can actually tell them since it shows all the target's stats once locked on to them.

Because MK knows that Courier is a threat? And even if that's the case, Courier would need to convince not only Marc, but Steven, Jake and even Khonshu to stop fighting. Everyone with different points of view, personalities and levels of aggression, with Khonshu being a straight up maniac that cares little for reasoning, so even if he's able to calm down one personality, another one can just take the wheel and instantly kill the Courier because they all know the Courier is an active threat. There's many layers that his SI needs to pass in order to achieve anything here, and by that time, Courier would just die with a single crescent dart.

Also, his profile doesn't say anything like an aura that can pacify people. So after the upgrade, elaborate on his SI.

That's kinda stupid that Courier has 9-C weaponry, the most weak weapons should still scale to his physicals. He should be like 9-B, up to 9-A with weaponry. But oh well.
 
Can MK's darts even hit Courier? The guy has insane luck which can make even point blank melee attacks just not hit and cause weapons to misfire, as well as clean out entire casinos with legit gambling and let him guess passwords with sheer luck. Also on the topic of AP Courier in vats could possibly summon Mysterious Stranger or Miss Fortune who can one shot supermutant behemoths iirc

Legate Lanius was also a total psychopath and the Courier still managed to talk him down to make him leave.

They're getting buffed to 8-C once Firestorm isn't busy so it won't matter regardless.

Yeah, that sounds like a far better wincon tbh. But MK is used to sneak attacks out of nowhere, so bro can just dodge.

Such ability that got him so many wins on the wiki should be more elaborated imo, so agree to disagree.

In the end, this thread should've been made in Fun and Games because of Firestorm's thread and my own, both upgranding them to different tiers.
