Alright so

He won't disintegrate her instantly, but his gun would be a good way to deal with her range. And he has like, 3 times AP, so he'll be doing a bit of damage.

Portals also could let him dropkick Cinder if she tries to abuse range with flight

Aiden probably takes this with higher AP/Dura and being able to one-shot on certain condisrions, given he's able to wear down Cinder's aura or get a lucky shot on her Grimm arm.
