Aggressive Aquaphobics - Jason Voorhees vs David Dunn (Fin)

It was a scene from a classic horror film. The slasher, silent and unrelenting, had finally cornered his victim, a young little thing who had made the mistake of going out into the woods with her friends, all of whom are had been picked off by the killer one by one. The killer heard her pleas for help and mercy, but he did not care. He would kill for mother. He raised his machete, preparing to cut the girl in two, and swung down...

Or at least he was going to, had his arm not been stopped by some inhuman force. The masked killer had looked behind him, only to find that his arm had been grabbed by a man in a green raincoat. Before he could react, the hockey mask wearing assailant was flung into a tree with enough force that it would have snapped the spine of an ordinary man. "Get out of here, go!" the raincoat wearing stranger shouted to the would be victim, who took the opportunity to run away.

The killer stood up, more angered than injured. Because of this intruder, he could not cut down the sinner, mother would be angry with him. Maybe if he killed this one, mother would be happy again. Picking up his machete, the slasher prepared to begin his hunt anew. The raincoat wearing stranger had stood his ground, preparing to stop the killer that had been terrorizing these woods for far too long.

It was a battle between a horror movie slasher and a comic book superhero

FIGHT!

Human Jason Voorhees vs David Dunn

SPEED EQUALIZED

Location:
Camp Crystal Lake, both are 30 feet away from the water

WHO WINS AND WHY?

The Hero:
7 (Schnee One, The Official Uncle Boneless, Lacku, PapiSavitar5025, Zark2099, KLOL506, Everyone is die)

The Slasher:

Inconclusive:

Davids durability would be too much for Voorhees, he's superhuman yes, but David has never actually shown his breaking point, if a train crash can't phase David, Voorhees shouldn't be able to.

Voorhees speed would possibly be too much for David tho, but i'm confident if David got Jason in a chockhold it would be over.

Not only does David scale to a more impressive feat, but he's also more intelligent overall and already has expirience against the Beast, who is more agile and equal to his strength

Plus, Jason has no knowledge of his weakness over water, so David is safe.

Going with David

David Dunn (Too-long-didn't-read at the bottom)

The Beast's abilities can increase or decrease based on the belief given to it by the rest of The Horde. While The Beast was capable of flipping a car with people in it in seconds, Dunn's abilities not only operate similarly but have a much higher starting point than that of The Beast. Dunn's early feats left him 100% unharmed by a high-speed train crash and showed him lifting 350 pounds which is implied in the scene to be over 100 pounds extra than he'd normally lift for his body type.. In a deleted scene, David is shown lifting very nearly 500 pounds after the events of Unbreakable. His strength seems to fluctuate but more often increases as he tests himself. During the Weightlifting scene prior, David is using the same amount of effort to lift each consecutively heavier weight, and could theoretically do this indefinitely. Jason does not have this ability.

The Beast's been given more time to show off and we know it can survive gunshot wounds but still takes damage, and it was only after being given a boost from The Horde's belief that he was able to bend steel bars in Split. David and Kevin's powers both rely on their personal beliefs in themselves and it's heavily implied that David could and did continuously grow stronger over time. As when The Beast went on a rampage in Glass, David was able to withstand it's attacks (even after becoming stronger than ever thanks to The Horde).

Tl:dr - David has never been shown to take damage from melee attacks or devastating accidents, it's even unlikely that bullets would be able to penetrate his skin during the time of Glass. Jason Voorhees simply doesn't have the striking power or limit-breaking ability that David does.. Point to David.
