Agent 47 has been assigned to assassinate James Bond. Bond has gotten word that he has an assassin coming after him. Battle is at James Bond's flat. Bond has 10 minutes to prepare for 47's arrival. Both have an equal amount of their standard equipment. Speed equalized.

47 easily takes this. He has FAR more abilities than James Bond along with actual feats and calcs.
47 low diff.

You have a problem: Bond is in a stealth competition with a guy who is 3x stronger than him, more skilled than him, and... I mean 47's stealth is literally able to sneak into the illuminati's Vault with active cameras that weren't deactivated, with every state of the art defenses, without disabling literally anything to break into said Vault and take an absolute ass ton of information out... without being seen by anything or anyone.

Bond ain't winning, I'll say that much.

47 then just headshots first, or in melee outperforms Bond because his fighting style is more tricky to handle then 99% of people, and considering Bond's durability he can just instantly necksnap should he get close.

47 has them in standard equipment, you literally can't take away his guns because they aren't a higher tier lol
