AFO Shigaraki scaling

The only real issue I have with Shigaraki's profile is his speed. Shigaraki should downscale deku's speed for reacting to 100% Deku and being capable of intercepting,guarding, and dodging his attacks during the big fight as shown here, he's still clearly much slower(though some of that can be apportioned to him being in midair and being unable to fly or get away due to blackwhip, and also being weakened from the earlier battle), but he's not being completely blitzed.

I propose he gets either A Hypersonic+ with Massively Hypersonic Reactions B Hypersonic+ possibly Massively Hypersonic(Slower, but capable of reacting guarding, and intercepting 100% enraged Deku).
