Just follow standard format for character profiles. It should pop up as a template when you start working on one

This is advice I'd give to everyone working on a profile, but try using a sandbox! It lets you take breaks and spend more time working on your profile so it doesn't have to be complete all in one edit.
Sandboxes in general are great for tinkering around with stuff so you can learn at your own pace.
You can access your sandbox by going to your user page on the fandom site and adding "/sandbox" to the URL, which will take you to a blank page.
In your case, this would look like "vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User:Waka1979/sandbox"
