Adressing D'Spayre page deletion

So my first contribution for this wiki, the aforementioned character's page has been deleted, apparently for exaggerated power rankings. I just wanna ask if I could possibly remade this page adressing those issues. I could do more research to get a good power ranking for the character. I would also read carefully the specific rules for Dc and Marvel characters ratings. Please, as my first contribution to the wiki it would be pretty sad if it just disappeared as if it never existed.
