Additions for Ultimate Gods and Azathoth Intelligence

I was thinking perhaps that as well as stating that these entities are viewed as "blind and mindless" from the perspective of lower beings, it could also be stated that the words used to describe the Ultimate Gods and Azathoth collectively (blind, tenebrous, mindless, voiceless) is more to grasp their incomprehensible and chaotic nature (as these beings all reside in unfathomable Ultimate Chaos), especially "mindless", which is used more as a buzzword for "incomprehensible insanity and chaos" rather that "low-intelligence" in the context of Lovecraft's writings.

I was also thinking that because the "mind" is an inherently structured phenomenon based on pattern-making and ordered principles, the Other Gods - existing in a state of ultimate Chaos beyond the ordered cosmos cannot possess this. Rather they would operate on seemingly chaotic, alien and irrational impulses, untethered to the ordered constraints of a "mind".
