So she basically should have all the powers Star has with her wand but in a greater extent:

Portal Creation: Can create portals with dimensional scissors that lead to other Universes

Matter Creation: Can create a bed out of thin air

Ice Manipulation: Froze Tom

Animal Manipulation: Several of the spells summon animals to help fight

Fire Manipulation: Can cause fire to come out of the wand

Flight: Via cloud

This is for both Eclipsa Butterfly and Star Butterfly but I don´t know which abilties these are:

• Upon Star using her wand to solve a math problem,

• she caused a problem that was going to destroy all infinite universes

Eclipsa can also use body transfer and put people into eternal slumber.

I agree that she should have the abilities Star has otherwise.

Apparently it wasn't space-time manipulation according to someone, but it honestly looks like she can put herself in a time loop.
