Rules: both fighters are bloodlusted, round 1 speed equalized

Round 2: same as round 1 but no speed equal

I think this can go either way; they both seem pretty even with their reality warping.

I don't think puff has any major feats, whereas Adam has that mountain-busting feat. He summons a border wall and kills Puff with it.
