Of course, it would be a complete and total NLF to assume that it can't be nulled.
She doesn't have resistance to passive Power Nullification, or any of the other abilities The Almighty has. This is a very one sided stomp

all he "sees" he "understands" and cannot be harm by it and all powers "take his side" and cant be used against him, that's basically the powernull

No it doesn't incap the opponent, it just makes them unwilling to consciously harm her.
Not on her profile, and Cyborgs do have souls, you're confusing her for a robot, which she isn't.
Cyborgs are people that have been modified with technology, she has a soul.

Thing about it is, Yhwach can't really "see" her hax because of how it works. It's also interesting to think about, that via it being a passive, it's effective as soon as he's around her or sees her (We're not sure which as of now), and Yhwach surely wasn't able to null KS after already being affected by it (Which is the excuse used by fans). So if her's hits first or maybe even at the same time, who knows what would happen...
It's also fair to say that since we don't know the particulars of her ability, we don't know how fast-acting it is as a passive. Because, as you know, passives have different "speeds". Yhwach's is sight/precognition based.
I say all that just to say; she's nearly featless and was just introduced in the story like 10 days ago. Making a vs thread with her at this point is kinda terrible.
