No, if we go exactly by what his abilities says it would be an nlf, meaning there would be no limits to them, we have to set limits on him because every character has limits unless they are omnipotent and reinhard isn't omnipotent.

Reinhard doesn't have much feats because he only really gets involved in the story in the 5th arc and even then unless you know japanese all is known are just summaries of events. Though if you know things in detail that can be analyzed that would be good.

What we know of from the summaries is that reinhard has resistance to death manipulation as when wrath used it on him it didn't work, can ressurrect and that he can apparently turn his blessings off and on, and that he hit greed several meters into the air and then hit him into the ground so far down he hit the water system of the city. It's really not much to go by, we do know that he is equal to satella as stated by the author and we do know some of satella's abilities and judging by that reinhard has to be incredibly broken in order to be equal to her but we have to wait to see how things play out, in the future reinhard will most likely have the feats to back up his hype but he doesn't at the moment.
