Acausality question(s)?

Let's say:
There is a person named A, this person is an acausual being, specially acausality type 4. [He doesn't follow the normal rules of cause and effect in his verse, he follows different rules]. This being A, did something quite strange, he began following even different rules of causality, completely different From his own rules of causality.
Is there any being like this? If so, does this type of acausality grants different powers from normal acausality type 4? If yes, what would it grant?

Acausality type 4, just far into it. Like imagine it as system of causality A, B and he was in the B and everyone in the verse is in the A, he began changing from system B to system C

Oh, I thought following different rules of causality [Aca4 for the first time] and then following rules of causality different than the one you are following right now [aca4 for the second time] will give you someone else.
Why is it just normal acausality type 4 tho?

Type 4 is following different rules.

If the world is A, and a person follows anything that isn't A (B, C, D, E), then that person is Type 4
