Acausality for Tokyo Babel

This should be simple.

So, Heaven is a realm that has no concept of time and is also where the demarcation between ''past, present, and future'', the trio which governs time/history or causality, holds no meaning.

This would grant people who can act normally in such a place acausality type 4, even type 2 from what I've seen. Angels, as initial habitants of the place, naturally scales to Heaven, and so do virtually all major characters. Practically, everyone on the verse page would get acausality 4 with the exception of (maybe) Oshiba Hagane since he is the only human that has a profile and hasn't directly gone to Heaven.

Demons are intrinsically the same as angels so they should scale too. As for ppl like Adam or Setsuna, I think they can be upscaled from lower/middle ranked angels/demons given their major roles in the series.

Wish I could remember TB better to give more proper evidence. If that isn't enough then okay.

Angels and demons I agree, since they are similar, Satsuma and Adam I don't, cause they are human and aren't naturally part of Heaven or Hell

The logic is that since the very concept of time has been extinguished, alongside the border that differentiates ''before'', ''now'' and ''after'', Heaven would have its own law/mechanism of causality to keep it functioning rather than the conventional one. Beings that are naturally a part of the realm itself scale to its nature and therefore acausality type 4.

May as well be granted type 2, probably on grounds that as there's no distinction between their current, past, or future versions, there would only be one ''them'' fixed on the timeline. Here's an example of pretty much the same pieces of evidence.

Pretty sure in order for the humans to qualify for type 4, Heaven would need to have an effect on characters being there.
