Molecular manipulation resistance edit.

Additions:

Resistance to Mind Manipulation and Death Manipulation (from Emperor Crow )

Resistance to Poison, Absorption and Sound Manipulation (from Coco, Sunny and Zebra)

Power Nullification and Sealing vis Knocking (Sealed Jirou's power via Knocking)

Can eat attacks without needing his mouth. Can also eat them after having being hit by them.

Possible mind manipulation/Empathic manipulation: being eaten/bit by Acacia causes despair in his victims.

Resistance to Electricity manipulation (Tanked and ate Don Slime's Black Thunder). And Resistance to Fire manipulation (Tanked and ate Starjun's Fire Spear).

Possible resistance to Existence Erasure (as seen here Midora can erase people with Food Luck, Acacia isnt affected in this way by Midora's Food luck)

I dont remember, did Coco attack him directly? Resistance to Poison may be a thing, also to Absorption (devil hair) and Sound attacks from Zebra and Suny.

I think he got attacked from all of them as Grotesque God.

Isnt it argued in Saint Seiya threads that you need High level Regenerationn to survive having your atoms crushed by a Saint? Also I believe its that the reason for Seiya to have High regen in the first place.

Think about it

Regenerating from having your arm atomized vs. regenerating from having your arm cut off.

Both are regrowing just your arm, so it's not really better.

It should be noted too that Acacia can eat attacks without using his mouth and even after receiving the attack (see the scans above, acacis absorbed the attack after receiving it)

It's been a while since I've seen a Toriko thread.

I don't know about Existence Erasure, since it was never confirmed what exactly the Gourmet Luck was doing to Froese's body.

I'm not sure about the Empathic Manipulation, since it's more like NEO was inflicting the fear and despair of death it always did with its insatiable hunger and nigh-unstoppable nature more than anything.

I don't think tanking an attack alone is enough to grant a resistance. Otherwise everyone and their mother would have resistance to elemental attacks.

Its more like he is resistant because he can eat them just fine with minor repercusions. And if someone launches a similar attack to him it'll be eaten.

Joie begs Midora not to erase him.

Don Slime started despairing with NEO's initial bite "It was like being sucked by a bottomless void" or something like that he says. Its not NEO being nigh-unstoppable (that comes later).

I don't think the Resistance comes from just tanking the attacks, but being able to lessen their effectiveness by eating them.

That might have to do more with his ability to eat anything than an actual resistance.

I'm sorry, but could you provide scans of this? The scans I've read say "destroy", but if the official scans say erase then I'll be cool with it.

That's still the fear of death thing he always does though.

@Repp Its not the fear of death, look at the scans I linked. The fear of death comes at the last one I linked, when Don Slime gives in.

In the scan I linked Joie says Erase. Dunno about the official.

Point was that the damage he receives is lessened, we list it as resistance because that's what he has been shown to eat and what we can say that will be eaten. Acacia doesnt need to use his mouth to eat so I dont think it makes a difference between actual "resistance" and being eaten by Acacia.

The despair thing wont come useful that much, given that higher versions of Acacia can widen their mouth to the point of almost decapitating Heracles, but eh.

In Saint Seiya they don't regrow arms. They literally control the split / separated atoms and re-attach them to their bodies.
