It depends on how their relationship is explained in the fiction. But usually the death of the embodiment doesn't cause the concept to crumble unless stated in the fiction otherwise ofc.

He can raincarnate thanks to the concept but that will not make the concept shake, but in case C permanently die then he get replaced by another one who will be the new ebodiement of sayd concept.
