If a character had demonstrated the ability to release heat to come out of flash freezing, could it be said that he could melt absolute zero if he was encased in a prison of AZ ice?

Absolute Zero is "the temperature at which the molecules in a substance have zero kinetic energy" (-273 Celsius) if the character can die before they release heat to escape the Absolute Zero ice prison then no.
