Not above the fictional reality of one's own verse but if a character is above fiction (IRL) as a whole

nothing because no one owns all of fiction in order to make such a claim and for it to hold weight, is the equivalent of invincible's creator saying mark could beat superman, it means nothing unless superman's writer agrees and even then, battleboarding would mostly don't care because it implies the claimer knows the objective way of scaling all characters involved to claim that their are the strongest and be right

at best, if the cosmology is self aware of being a fictional work by us, then you scale above that, either that means you are just stronger than it or tier 1 depends on context
