Does anyone know how much energy it takes to create a wormhole? And if there is, what tier would that be?

I know this is old but, In this article, it says that hypothetically, you would need negative energy to keep a wormhole open equivalent to 10 billion suns for a year for the size one millionth of a proton But i don’t know if this is valid to use.
