About the Digimon Upgrades.

Yeah. Crusadermon showed no fear in fighting omnimon and she even was able to fight alphamon along with gaiomon and your tamer's digimon. and Leopardmon did the same thing. Examon fought Takumi, Gaiomon, Magnamon, UlforceVeedramon, Gallantmon, Omnimon and Jesmon all at once and he still gave them a hard time.

Then again, I just remembered that Demon Lord Digimon like Lilithmon are presumably on par with beings like Tactimon, who is able to duel UlforceVeedramon on even ground in Xros Wars, so it might actually scale.

True, and the power levels of the Demon Lords and the Royal Knights are inconsistent...

That said, I was reading a forum post by someone who played Cyber Sleuth's DLC. According to him, the SGDL are not just Digimon but Multiversal constanats. They HAVE to exist, and killing one is a sin that results in an appropriate amount of "karma" (i.e. Sayo losing Dianamon). In addition, killing one causes its soul, spirit, and data to travel to another one in the multiverse, leading that one to become stronger and so on.

So they really could if this is the case.

The inconsistency problems would be because of the chronology, but Xros Wars possibly really goes after Cyber Sleuth by Yggdrasil still active in the game,in Xros Wars he had been permanently disabled and replaced by enhanced Homeostasis. So therefore, I think the PowerScalling with XW is valid, but the Ulforce V-Dramon is different, Zeromaru (Ulforce of the RK) was missing during the game and so they were behind the Rina, but because of the statement of the profiles I think PowerScalling is still valid.
