Could a being that have R>F transcendence is 3-dimensional being?

Like, we are 3-dimensional being but we also have R>F transcendence?
edit: i mean if a character viewed a H1B structure as fiction, could that character is 3-dimensional being?

A being that has R>F transcendence would be Outerversal by default

If rf does not have a dimensional meaning, being more real than it does not affect your rank, but if you see it as fiction in a dimensional sense, for example, I see something h1b as a point (0D) and there is no contrary evidence, then I scale to low outuversal level, even if the character who sees fiction is human, it will be assumed as an rf.

Lots of works of fiction have "R>F transcendence" where said transcendence does not mean anything about actually transcending something.

According to Ultima's system, a character with an R>F transcendence has to be at that level not only in terms of power but also in terms of his state of existence.

So, no.
