Suppose I throw a 50kg cube at a 100kg cube. How much damage would it do to the 100kg cube?

The 100kg cube is 2m x 2m x 2m while the 50kg cube is 1m x 1m x 1m and I threw it from 5m away and in 0.5 seconds the 50kg cube hit the 100kg cube what much damage would I have done?

First, I think is impossible for a cube of 8 m3 to weight 100 kg unless is hollow.

How about this, a cannon shoots out a cannon ball 100m away and it hits the 3m x 3m x 3m cube would it be enough to shatter it? Also how much damage would the cannon ball do?
