About Jotaro's Weaknesses

Why does it say that in Jotaro's weaknesses that Time Stop puts a strain on his heart? It says that in none of the parts that I have seen. Not in Part 3, Part 4, or Part 6. People have told me to go to Part 6 to see where he says this said quote, and what he said wasn't even close to a "heart strain".


So am I missing something here? Was it false information? I have no clue. I never found a single quote that relates to a heart strain or anything that sound similar to it.
