Nah, its just me wondering how infinite speed would look in reality besides teleportation or crossing an infinite distance.

If movement happens at time 0. Cell traveled to place A, B and C in time 0. If repeated enough times, sonic can perceive Cell standing in places ABC at the same time since his movements happen at the same time (0)

Movement doesn't have to be in 0 time. It can be in .00001 seconds or something of the sort.

he said WITH MY speed so he is going so fast he is spaming pokemon's double team enough

is like afterimage but because of sonic reaction speed being too inferior he is not seing then disappering (and because of the programm's limitations [then again TFS makes high-godly edits so that's not really a problem])
