Isn't he has time limit or something? i remember he can use his Bankai only for several hours or something like that no?

I know pre timeskip Hitsugaya does but I don't know about the post timeskip one.

The time limit was for his Bankai to released fully. Since his body is small he can't handle it and his body begins to suffer injuries. During the post-fullbring arc Hitsugaya finds away to make his body into that of an adult so he doesn't harm his body.

One more thing,shouldn't Hitsugaya's stamina at his Adult form be downgrade to "Low" due to the fact he get tired very quickly? he barely can be in this form for minute or few minutes max

If you have scans or if someone from staff with knowledge on bleach can confirm he can't retain his bankai form for long because it's drains him fast than we could add it on his profile.

Considering the situation Hitsugaya was apperently already fighting and has used bankai before he transformed into his adult form so he might as well gotten tired so fast because he was already tired before transforming.

Since i am not sure about that i will add some topics and let someone more knowledgable handle it.

The war has been going for 7 days and Toshiro was also turned into a Zombie and revived by Mayuri.

Did he fight 7 days constantly?

He fought until the end of the first invasion, got his bankai stolen, when straight to train, second invasion occurs, gets his bankai back, and he gets defeated. Then turned into a zombie, defeated, gets to be Mayuri's lab rat for a night, and goes to fight Gerard, holds a city with a bridge, takes multiple blows from Gerard and Kenpachi. Turns into an adult, fights, begins to fatigue and Byakuya says everyone is tired not just Hitsugaya.
