1. Vs Battle
2. Joke Battle
3. FC / OC Battle

What I am asking is what is the difference between these 3 types of links, because I always visit the Vs Battle link only, I do not know the function of Joke Battle and FC / OC Battle

Joke battle is for profiles that are not serious or anything, they tend to be stuff like "goku super wanked" or "chuck norris" or a internet meme

FC/OC is for fan and original characters, so if you have a character you wanna make a profile for, or you read a fanmade pokemon comic or something, it goes there
