In Dragon Ball, if you are stronger than your enemy, his hax can't affect you. I heard, that hakai can't kill Zeno, because he is infinity times stronger than Beerus. How about characters outside DBverse? For example Charles Xavier - he is infinity time weaker than current Goku, so his mindhax can affect him? How this work?

Its not an universal rule, it just that the hax is DB is pretty awful. There's few exceptions such Guldo timestop, Ginyu bodyswap, Mafuba (with few limitations), between others.

Antoniofer is right, also Zen'o is far stronger than Beerus but not infinitely.

If there is enough of a gap between you and your opponent, NOTHING he can do affect you, that include hax, there is a few exception like Ginyu's body swap but it's the general rules

also it's a strenght of the characters, not a weakness of the hax, we litteraly treat no other hax resistance feat or systeme like that

Actually, being a infinity above baseline won't give you 2-C, so it could be argued that he is

But we have verse equalization, right ?

Just like some characters gained a Chakra Net when they are fighting Naruto characters, for Genjutsu and Tenketsus purposes

So why not for Dragon Ball characters ?

Verse equalization do not work that way, is the power is weak by itself it will remain weak everywhere, it depends of its enemy now.

It's an In-Verse rule that this site does not take.

So whatever scaling happens in Dragon Ball due to the rule in the OP, we ignore here.

So instead of Hakai being unable to affect beings like Zen'O, we have it so that if they resist, they just resist and if they don't, Hakai would work. We don't scale the stuff like Power = Hax Resistance.
