If I have understood the conceptual manipulation allows to manipulate eg the concept of existence, distance ect so I have two questions: 1-All Time Manipulator Have a conceptual Manipulation since it controls time 2-Someone who is effacing from the concept of "the existence" can not fail to regenerate thanks to a regen Mid Godly or High Godly?

1) No because they don't control the concept

2) Regenerating from having your concept destroyed iirc is mid-godly, but a higher end than just regenerating body and soul

1. No. Time manipulation is simply manipulating time. They cannot manipulate any other concept with that. Those who have Conceptual manipulation can manipulate any concept, including time.

@Swag, having conceptual manipulation does not automatically mean you can control every concept, nor does it mean you can use every application of concept manipulation

However, while controlling time does not mean one controls the concept of time, I see no functional difference in what is possible between controlling the concept of time and controlling time. It's semantics.

I'm not referring to some weak user who can't manipulate anything. I'm referring to conceptual manipulation at its maximum potential.

It depends how good your time manipulation or conceptual manipulation is. Conceptual manipulation will always be stronger than time manipulation at full potential.
