About characters having a Tier via hax

So it is becoming more and more common to give characters a tier due to their hax in some form but this is not how the tiering system is supposed to work, hax is not supposed to effect a characters tier or AP unless the hax has direct feats of effecting a character physically.

Example: Reinhard Heydrich has "1-A via LLT and Hax" while LLT is fine the hax part is not since it doesnt change his physical abilities so the "and Hax" part should be removed unless proven otherwise.

Why should it be removed? Tiering is not solely about what one can destroy or effect using their brute power/AP.

Thats true but hax isn't supposed to effect your tier, Reality Warping can have a case but most hax ignores durability so it wont effect your AP/tier.

There's a difference between having 1-A hax and hax that can destroy an outerversal structure. The former is just potency, while the latter would give an AP rating from it.
