About Bowser's low ends

His low end used to be Low 7-B then his low end got upgraded to 6-B.

How do you admins decide which low ends and high ends to upgrade and downgrade?

I am not asking for a downgrade. Just wondering how the tiering works.

There is no set absolute formula, as far as I am aware. However, we tend to go by high-level feats that do not seem to be complete outliers.

Okay, so Bowser has accomplised more 6-B feats than Low 7-B feats correct?

I do not know, but we tend to go with the high ends, as long as they do not seem completely outlandish.
