Why doesn’t yhwach scale to ichigo after absorbing majority of his power? Shouldn’t he scale to solar as well?

Because Ichigo only has 4-B through an amp attack while in Bankai, which doesn't scale to his physicals at all.
Like Yhwach, even after absorbing Ichigo's powers, is still below Bankai Ichigo in terms of AP. So he'd be much less compared to Bankai, Gran Rey Getsuga, which is bare minimum 10x above Ichigo's own physicals, which are above SK Yhwach's own.
