And in game, he'll be fighting mostly peak/super humans...

Apparently he has three stars orbiting him at all times and can casually move them and even increase their size just by being near them.

Even if he has these abilities which are impressive, it doesn't necessarily mean everyone else gets this boost. Because he probably has the same situation as Cho'Gath. Restricting themselves so that there could be an even match in the Summoner's Rift. Aka they're nerfed.
Otherwise it means there's not as strong as star level considering the sheer amount of inconsistencies that would form with current feats
