I found out recently that the temperature in outer space is above Absolute Zero temperatures
Do characters who have space travel or can survive in space get resistance to Absolute Zero?
 
No? We don't give resistance to cold temperatures to people travelling in space by default because heat transfer there is incredibly slow, due to a lack of a medium to transfer said heat.

Your own question answers itself. Being above absolute zero... already proves it's not absolute zero.

AZ Outerspace is more so due to the absence of mass, oxygen, gas, or any type of elements whatsoever that would otherwise contain thermal energy which results in a 0 * 0 * 0 = 0. It's not to be confused with lets say some super cooled plasma or that happens to be absolute zero (Which would require being made of structures with infinite heat capacity and thus an infinite amount of fusion energy of some form to reach that) or a super precise wind blow that freezes objects to AZ temperatures (Which requires an intensity of infinite watts/m^2). But simply being an outerspace alone does not grant resistance to extreme cold since the low temperature comes more so from the absence of an atmosphere altogether rather than an atmosphere of super intense climate reactions.
