I wanna discuss three points:
G-Virus
There is a virus called G-Virus that Heisei Godzilla has and likely Showa Godzilla has too. The virus makes things touched by Godzilla gradually grow, like plants and animals, which explains how Shockirus grew from a small sea parasite to human size. Scan from the book here.
Original Godzilla but with References and More scans
I made a sandbox where I added scans and more references to the Original Godzilla profile, so that is my proposal on how he will look now.

I calculated a feat not touched before, SpaceGodzilla has opened a white hole to arrive on Earth. So the energy necessary was Solar System level.
