While in the movie, SpaceGodzilla's origin was said to be a theory, it is considered a fact by many different Toho media across the internet as my Blog proves.

SpaceGodzilla (and, by extension Godzilla Heisei) should get Resistance to Black Holes and Higher Dimensional Manipulation. According to various guides, he can manipulate 4-dimensional structures with his Gravity Tornado. You may say, why SpaceGodzilla didn't kill Godzilla. The answer is that Godzilla and Jr. may have Resistance to Gravity/Higher Dimensional Manipulation since SpaceGodzilla used his Gravity Tornado on both.

The information is consistent, and there are no actual contradictions or anti feats in the Heisei era that contradict this information.

SpaceGodzilla will get Resistance to Black Holes, Higher-Dimensional Manipulation, and Universe level+ via using Gravity Tornado

Godzilla Heisei and Godzilla Jr. may get Resistance to Gravity/Higher Dimensional Manipulation and only Heisei G will get Resistance to Black Holes.
