All the changes are pretty good and welcomed, but I want to add some thoughts.
Could you put some references to his Stealth Mastery? Even just some issues, without scans.
His speed could be expanded with Transonic movement scaling to Captain America, if we deem the feat enough.
I'm not convinced by his durability. The current profile has it as well, but him getting stomped by Daredevil isn't exactly the best. Daredevil also most likely holds back like any hero to not seriously injure his enemies, so even not fainting after the first punch may not be the best, since he is still being utterly dominated.
Intelligence could still remain Gifted, at least going by the new description alone. (also you wrote altered instead of alerted, nitpick)

I didn't even know we had a profile for this guy, tbh.
All looks fine, but one neat shot at Agent Venom shouldn't be enough for above average intelligence.
His current profile mentions a regeneration feat, did you find anything about it?

Same as above, I've never seen this person before. Btw, he seems to have only 23 main appearances according to the Marvel Database, which iirc is two short of the minimum required to have a page. I don't know if we count the 3 minor appearances as a lifeline, or give the benefit of the doubt to the website.
Anyway, looks alright overall.

Understandable, it was just a knack of mine.

Idk if we'd assume Cap was running full speed through a place with people inside of it.

The wall feat likely works for wall level, but I'd still tend to doubt full-blown scaling to someone whose every punch just humbles him.
