A world designed after a Hilbert space and its potential scaling

The main character and his family go from an Aleph Omega Fractal world to an Aleph Omega +1 Hilbert space that is superior to the last world, as noted by the author, not just in the characteristics of the world but also the characters in it.

The previous world was a H1-B+ construct; thus, this new one being qualitatively superior to the last makes it Low 1-A correct?

Or since it is still just a set of uncountable infinity, it is still High 1-B+.
