Blunted - Sword Strike makes it so Ruphas can hit people as hard as she wants and they won't die from it (Volume 1, Main Story). Any attack with this skill applied would always leave the victim at 1 HP (Volume 7, Part 22)

Only law manipulation seems to fit this imo

Teleportation

Ruphas can instantly close the distance between her and her opponent (Volume 1, Main Story)

Willpower Manipulation>Aura (Fear-Inducing)

Ruphas aura of willpower (Volume 1, Main Story) doesn't permit weaker warriors to stand.

This is just her Coercion skill which as seen on her profile cause fear. It's basically just a fear aura. This would apply to other Flugels like Virgo too

Danmaku

Ruphas can manifest several hundred blades (Volume 1, Main Story)

Level 2100

Enhanced Resistance to Heat Manipulation

Ruphas was fine despite Mars exploding on top of her (Volume 8, Part 8)

Aries can dodge a rain of magical light (Volume 2, Main Story)

This was said to be reminiscent of moonlight, so could be legit light, would line up with casts speed, but it said there were narrow gaps between the spells. We know the cast can defy common sense so not really surprising

General Additions

Everyone

Law Manipulation

Levels are a law unto themselves which lets the cast ignore the laws of physics (Volume 4, Part 20)

Another example of this is when Megrez used water magic. The process essentially is converting mana into water, which isn't much different from the real thing, except it's more compressed and concentrated, this ignores the laws of physics (Volume 1, A Wild Dinosaur Appeared)

Residents of Alovenus world inherited her power (Volume 9, Part 7), and thus like her they can do the unthinkable ignoring laws such as the laws of physics

Level 800 and Above

Enhanced Law Manipulation

Everyone in Alovenus world can ignore the laws of physics, and once you get to the level of the Conquering Twelve Heavenly Stars, they can ignore not only common sense, but also divine providence (Volume 1, Main Story)

Paralysis Inducement

Those on the level of the Heavenly Stars can move despite Ruphas Breidablik which applies a debuff that prevents movement from monsters and beastfolk (Volume 4, Part 21)

Level 1000's

Resistance to Electricity Manipulation

Level 1000's such as Ruphas has no issues being electrocuted by a billion volts and five hundred thousand amperes (Volume 7, Part 16)

Acrobatics (Hypermobility)

Level 1000's like Ruphas and Orm can ignore the laws of physics to pull off ridiculous maneuvers in the air (Volume 3, Part 4)

Resistance to Sleep Manipulation

It's only natural for level 1000's to have resistance to sleep manipulation (Volume 9, A Wild Ex Boss Appeared, Ex 4)

Level 4200

Enhanced Law Manipulation

Continuation of before, its already established that levels are a law which lets the cast ignore the laws of physics, Ruphas and Alovenus take it to another level. Alovenus attacks can't be stopped by reason, providence, common sense, logic, theorems, or law, while Ruphas can defend against those attacks by further ignoring any common sense (Volume 9, Part 1)

Heavenly Stars

Resistance to Fire Manipulation, Ice Manipulation and Water Manipulation

They already have this resistance, this is just to add optional equipment to them. The cloaks Ruphas made for them have high resistance to fire and water element, dropping any damage taken from sources with those two attributes by seventy percent (Volume 7, Part 1)

Exgate Users and Gods

Information Manipulation (Type 2)

The entire universe is Alovenus magic. She created the universe with magic, and then locked it into place with divine power. Exgate makes use of both of these abilities to overwrite a part of the world to create a hole of nothing in which to pass through while the overwriting was happening. This is compared to overwriting saved data (Volume 7, Part 18)by creating a similar piece of data to what was already there.

Ruphas is described as a bug in the code (Volume 5, Part 23), and the script Alovenus made, gets worse due to Ruphas existence. There is also the descriptions about how the universe is like software within a computer.

So basically the entire universe is software, Ruphas is a bug in the software, and the characters within that software using Exgate can overwrite parts of that data.

Ruphas Captures

Resistance to Mind Manipulation

Essentially everyone who Ruphas has captured using her Monster Tamer skill, should get this ability. Sei who Ruphas captured was able to resist Alovenus mind control due to being captured by Ruphas (Volume 9, Part 2)

Pollux and Castor

Telepathy

Pollux and Castor can somewhat understand each other without the need to use words (Volume 8, Part 17)

Fairies and Devilfolk

Inorganic Physiology (Type 1)

Devilfolk are lifeforms which are comprised of mana (Volume 6, Part 1), while fairies are comprised of divine power

Devilfolk

Enhanced Senses

Devilfolk have excellent vision (Volume 1, Main Story)

Immunity to Soul Manipulation

Devilfolk are Alovenus magic spell, thus have no soul of their own (Volume 4, Part 2)

Dragons

Resistance to Heat Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation & Water Manipulation

The scales of dragons can withstand the heat of magma, won’t burn when exposed to lightning, and can even withstand high-pressure water strong enough to cut diamond (Volume 4, The Dragon King Made A Challenge)

Ouroboros

Holy Manipulation

Ouroboros are holy existences (Volume 6, Part 2)

Orm's breath attacks were described as the judgement of divinity (Volume 8, Part 8)

Sound Manipulation

The Ouroboros roar can resound (Volume 8, Part 12) out even through space.

Regeneration (Low-Mid)

Ouroboros can regenerate after having their scales burnt and face collapsed (Volume 8, Part 15)

Weather Manipulation

The Ouroboros are manifestations of greater nature (Volume 8, Part 13), thus no matter how small their actions, each one would become a disaster.

Immortality (Type 2)

Even as a severed head, Ouroboros can use their breath attacks (Volume 8, Part 17)

Nice to see a bunch of abilities that were missed before. I think these look pretty acceptable. I never even thought about the information part, but the universe is basically being called data and software in the first place.

Blunted being some sortve law seems fine. It's also related to the HP mechanic anyway, which anyone with levels will be getting.

Only thing is these two:
Aries's skill part looks to be him dodging the attacks pretty calmly, not sure if the revision is adding a feat/scan to the profile or adding a skill for him though. Doesn't really look like a skill/ability if that's the case.

The sanieve skill muliphen is limiting stats to a certain level. So it already makes you incredibly weak. I don't think it's damage reduction involved.

Also, if the logic manip thread passes, assuming that is accepted here, would that apply to specifically level 4200s and up in combination with law? Or lower levels as well

Aries feat would just be an addition to his intelligence section.

Statistics reduction for Sanieve fits better then?

Logic manipulation would apply to everyone, because all the feats I brought up is a result of the cast being able to disregard common sense/logic.

Though in regards to logic manipulation haven't paid attention to what exactly qualifies as being different from law manipulation so i suppose the only explicit mention of logic comes at lvl 4200.

The ability doesn't exist yet so not worth thinking about it too much.

Oh Intelligence section, yeah I think that's alright. Basically another feat for his combat

Yeah, law Manipulation and Stats reduction. Basically abuses Goddess rules. I think it's already on the profile though. Also should be physics manipulation, it applies new laws even to physics.

I think logic manipulation could maybe be marked as "limited" for lower levels. Like damaging a person who is way stronger than you, easily lifting things despite bone structure. But once you reach higher ones it gets more blatant and flat out. Like just flinging attacks around that ignore all logic theorems and reasoning is kinda nuts.

I mean what ability does Ruphas or Alovenus not have that's useful?

The argument is technically correct in willpower/ego is all that matters to God's, as long as you believe you can do something, you can.

Well if we are speaking on God keys, they can infact do everything. And resist everything. So technically they resist everything as well that of course makes sense. Then their subjective reality which kinda just makes them use whatever someone can imagine. As if willing to do whatever you believe you can wasn't enough. I can imagine some wild uses of this, say versus a series that has its own comic characters and stuff.

Aside from that all of their abilities become "useful". Even Ruphas's basic Coercion should probably just work on anyone despite the resistance because of how they function honestly lol. Just enforce their own definition and logic that it will if it somehow doesn't(queue "light speed" becoming faster than several infinities as an example of that). Though I haven't seen it utilized in a fight vs her in that key.

Speaking of lightspeed, when the 1-A thread was made months back people where questioning terms being thrown around like lightspeed, but as shown here the characters have been doing irrational stuff the whole time, and once you get to level 4200 you can ignore logic, laws theorems etc.

Then there was other stuff about Alovenus and Ruphas enforcing their own truths/definitions and that to keep up with Alovenus you have to be able to ignore inconsistencies and contradictions, once I get all the threads through, I will add this whole thing about irrationality to the cosmology blog.

Yeah, their definitions leave the previous one in the dust. So get continously faster with one definition of speed for example, and it's nothing compared to a higher one. Which...somehow makes them faster than what was previously thought, I'd think.

Also the whole law thing and irrationality, comes together when you see HP values even outside of the world. Alovenus gets struck, and her HP reaches 0. So seems to be tied behind her mana in the long run, including for Midgard inhabitants.

No, the universe is made up of data/information, and Exgate is a means of manipulating that information to temporarily open portals to other locations.

Of course having created the universe which is made up of information, Alovenus, and thus the other God scale.

Speaking on the enhanced heat res for level 2100. Pretty sure Ruphas withstands being in the suns core at that level of strength. Orm also does it, at level 1000...of course he struggles a lot more. Though I imagine, just being there and fighting is something. That "the suns heat is no joke" comment at lvl 4200 has to be a joke lol. But she did instead just take no damage that time.

Besides sei, who was captured by monster tamer again? I assume some of the stars but I forget if that skill specifically was used on them

Last edited:
Technically they were all captured, but it was said only Benet could be sure Alovenus couldn't control her, so idk, probably only Sei.

If memory is right Sei was captured at level 4200, so the level Ruphas captures them is probably important too, the others were probably captured at lvl 1000.
