Level 300
Large Town level
In the Ex a character called Vlad is introduced who is capable of cracking mountains
Furthermore, humans spread to caves, forests, and plains—basically every area Mizgarz had to offer—changing and adapting to their environment. That was how the current seven races of humanity were formed. Among them, there were those who desired a peaceful life in a dark land. While they lived in the depths of Mizgarz where the mana was thickest, they mutated greatly, becoming the race closest to monsters amongst humanity. This was the race that would later be called vampires.
Vampires—they were the nobility of the night, who were strong like beastfolk, fast like halflings, able to use magic like elves, tough like dwarves, and with a longer life span than heaven-winged. On top of that, they had strong regenerative powers, and under the benefit of moonlight, they were even stronger.
They were confident that they were the closest race to perfection. This held doubly true for the historic firsts of their species—the originators. The strongest of the originators was a man filled with a vampire’s arrogance who called himself a vampire among vampires, a “true ancestor,” before traveling forth to attempt world conquest.
He was the most feared vampire in all of history, Vlad the True Ancestor. His power was truly the stuff of nightmares, an embodiment of despair. If he wanted to, he could run ten times the speed of sound, and he was strong enough to crack mountains. His mastery over magic allowed him to instantly erase entire villages, and his overall combat prowess was said to have allowed him to decimate entire large cities in a single night.-A Wild Ex Boss Appeared, Ex 2

3 members of the 7 Luminaries can have an even fight with Vlad“What is wrong with this era?”
Vlad’s will was broken, snapped clean, and left in pieces. It wasn’t breaking or almost broken; it was already gone completely. Of course it was. It hadn’t been specifically noted yet, but in the process of running away from Alfheim, he’d been killed more than 33,333 times. Unable to do anything, he had just been beaten on over and over and treated as a weakling as he tried to escape even while being killed. In the end, he’d turned to ash and could do nothing but cry, “WRYYYYY!” as he was thrown flying by wind and scattered into particulates. The fact that the heroic spirits had thought Vlad was dead after that and hadn’t checked further had been his saving grace.
“Could it be that I’m actually just incredibly weak...?” Vlad said weakly as he slumped to the ground, starting to lose all confidence.
In his defense, he wasn’t actually weak. At the very least, he was strong enough to destroy any member of the Seven Luminaries one-on-one, and he could still win against their number even two-on-one. Things would probably be even if he faced three of them at once, though facing four would be a little tough. However, five would be impossible for him. This was because there were two level 1000 cheaters by the names of Dina and Sol among the Seven Luminaries, and if Luna were to get hurt, Terra would act. That meant four would be the limit for Vlad. At best, he would be able to fight well against the weakest four: Mars, Jupiter, Saturnus, and Mercurius.-A Wild Ex Boss Appeared, Ex 2

Cracking a mountain is Low 7-B, so each individual Luminary and Virgo would be High 7-C (466 Kilotons).
Dina
Base
At least Large Town level
Dina is back-line fighter, so her physical attacks don't even do 1% damage to Ruphas, but she is still far stronger than level 300's like Mars
“...! Fast...”
I threw a regular attack at the surprised Dina to see how she would react! In the spur of the moment, Dina twisted her body and avoided the attack before counterattacking by throwing a reverse fist towards my face.
But...
“That won’t work.”
“?!”
—It didn’t hurt at all.
No, I think it had more than enough power compared to a common, small-fry monster. Like that one I fought before... Uhhh, who was it? That guy who ran around a lot. The fire attribute of the Seven Luminaries.
...Well anyway, that guy’s name doesn’t matter.
Regardless, he couldn’t even be compared to her.
However, people had strengths and weaknesses, even against those of the same level. For example, even if Megrez were to hit me with a mace in his heyday, it wouldn’t have amounted to much.
Magic types are magic types. And front-liners are front-liners.
Not to mention the fact that I boosted my stats with items. Sorry, but a physical attack from a simple level 1000 back-liner won’t shave off even 10%—no, 1%—of my health.-Volume 2, Main Story

Sanieve
Human
Small Planet level
Sanieve isn't just a normal human, he is strong enough to catch and restrain Vlad (A Wild Ex Boss Appeared, Ex 3). However this is after a whole day of Vlad being beaten up so we can't really scale him to Vlad.
Sanieve didn't really do much in his weakened state so don't think it worth it to try to tier, instead we should tier what he did when he regained his strength. Sanieve by eating a golden apple regained his power as an agent of divinity (A Wild Ex Boss Appeared, Ex 6). We have seen other agents of divining such as Sol, so he should be that strong
Level 800
Multi-Continent level
They shouldn't scale to level 1000's as the gap between level 1000 and 800 is stated to be insurmountably large
“Granny!”
“Don’t shout. This body is just an illusion... I’m already dead, remember? It doesn’t matter if I lose an arm from a borrowed body like this.”
Parthenos acted strong, but on the inside, she was busy calmly calculating how disadvantageous this was. If we keep fighting like this we’ll be the ones against a wall. There’s a huge difference in the speed of our support spells, but we’ll eventually be surpassed the longer this fight goes on; we’ll be overrun.
We’d have a chance if Luna’s dispels would hit, but that’s probably impossible to ask for, given the difference in levels. She’ll probably never hit again. Also, the loss of my arm is a pretty big blow, even though it was the fault of my own carelessness. Arms were basically openings for a practitioner to launch spells or heaven-arts from. Losing an arm was like a gunner losing a barrel of a gun.
Meanwhile, Pollux looked up to the sky, seeming to have resolved her will. She probably planned to take a gamble... She’d have Castor take off her ring and attempt to push through with weight of numbers. True, if it went well, Sol would be no match, but if she was possessed by the Goddess again, it would be game over.
After a moment of silent resignation, Parthenos thought, Looks like this is it...
The gap between level 800 and level 1000 was insurmountably large. Even in death, Parthenos was a member of the Conquering Twelve Heavenly Stars, someone captured by Lufas. Even after joining the argonautai, that restriction remained, and she was stuck at level 800.
This didn’t just apply to her. Fenix and Hydras were also under the same circumstances, so what was necessary was a back line who hadn’t been turned under Lufas’s sway—the level 1000 next generation of the Maiden. It was time for Parthenos to do what she would normally have done before dying; it was time to pass the baton down to the next generation.-Volume 7, Part 9

Level 800's doing any damage to level 1000's, would be a result of the weird logic of this series, which I will explain in the varies section.
The feat for High 6-A, comes from Pisces, who is stated to be able destroy all of civilization
“We’ll press the advantage before it regenerates,” said Aigokeros. “Follow me!”
Aigokeros gathered mana in both hands, and he unleashed his specialty, Deneb Algedi. The spell gouged out the wicked god’s body, and Libra followed up with her anchors. The anchors stabbed into the monstrosity’s head, and the ultrasonic waves destroyed the innards. After that, Pisces leapt upwards, determined to press the advantage.
“You won’t be able to act big forever, you gigantic unsightly monstrosity! We are the great king of the ocean! Learn your place...scum!”
Pisces howled, and his mouth split from the sides. Scales appeared all over Pisces’s body, and his once graceful face quickly changed into that of a monster. A horn grew from his head, and he grew even larger than the wicked god. Pisces had become a snake...no, a dragon.
There were five dragons which represented the Goddess in this world. While Pisces did not even closely match them for size, he still resembled an ouroboros strongly, and he gave off a powerful divine feeling. If there were anyone present who knew of Levia, Svel’s guardian deity, they’d probably notice that it resembled Pisces as he was now.
Pisces bit into the wicked god and ascended, his gigantic body bursting out of the ocean and exposing his form to those on land as he continued on out of the atmosphere into space. Just like that, he used all his power to push the wicked god into the moon before opening his large mouth and gathering a destructive light in it.
“Disappear from my sight!” Pisces fired.
He fired, and fired, and fired, and fired, and fired, and fired, and fired, and fired, and fired.
If he were to fire this beam at Mizgarz, it wouldn’t quite go as far as destroying the entire planet, but it would wipe out all civilizations from the face of it, and he was unleashing multiple beams of this power mercilessly and unreservedly at the wicked god. Each impact carved a deeper depression into the moon, changing its shape. Once the moon had completely warped from its once spherical shape, Pisces once again bit into the wicked god, which was now nothing more than a destroyed husk. This time, he descended back towards Mizgarz.-Volume 7, Part 13

This would be a High 6-A feat. All Heavenly Stars would scale to this instead of 5-C currently.
Level 1000 Ap Scaling
3 level 1000's can equal a boosted level 1000 like Ruphas without her amps
“Grk! You...” said Apse.
“What’s wrong? I’m not gripping all that hard, you know.”
With just the strength of his fingertips, Sol threw the two knights, swords and all, before seeming to teleport to Apse and kick him downward. Like flowing water, he immediately comboed that into thrusting a palm at Pavo and unleashing explosive fire at him.
The battle had only lasted a scant several seconds. Actually, leaving out all the conversation and counting only the exchange of blows, the fight didn’t even last a single second. To Virgo and Pollux, it literally was only an instant.
While seeing the three heroic spirits sent into the ground in basically an instant, Terra felt nothing but dread. This man... He’s not all talk. He’s really strong.
“Now then, who’s next?”
While purposefully ignoring Virgo, who was healing the three knights on the ground, Sol casually and loosely looked over at Terra and the others.
The three knights were in no way weak. While they were simply regular level 1000s, unlike the stats of Lufas or the Seven Heroes, their levels themselves already placed them at the top of the pile in terms of strength. They were monstrously strong people who could single-handedly destroy entire civilizations. If they ever felt like it, they could turn Mizgarz into a wasteland planet uninhabitable by life in just a few days. And they were elites who could give Terra trouble. Dealing with three of them at once was no mean feat. At a rough estimate, the three of them were able to equal Lufas or Leon in their normal state at the very least. However, the group’s strongest member, Terra, wasn’t much different from a single one of the knights who had just lost, so engaging Sol with only two effective knights instead of three was just dangerous. In order for Terra to fight evenly here, he would either need some powerful buffs, or Sol would need some powerful debuffs. Unfortunately, there was no one in the group who could use such spells. Virgo’s would be insufficient.-Volume 7, Part 7

Parthenos is basically the best support specialist and she is able to boost Terra who is around a normal level 1000 to be able to fight evenly with Sol
Fourth Star was not an invincible skill. In fact, while it allowed the caster to cast more spells at once, it lengthened the casting time of each spell, making those spells lose their speed advantage. The problem with the skill was that it stopped spells from coming in a timely fashion when it was most important. It was common sense for priests to value instantaneousness over the benefits the skill gave them. But this is strange. This girl... She’s been mixing in high-tier arts as well!
However, that was what made Parthenos special. The Conquering Twelve Heavenly Stars all possessed unique skills, each of them boasting unfair strength with Leon being the only exception. So, Parthenos naturally was part of that as well. Her unique skill’s name was Zavijava, and it was a little hard to say. The skill’s effect was rather mundane compared to the skills possessed by the other Twelve Stars. At least, it wasn’t the kind of skill that was easy to see and had a lot of impact, but that didn’t mean it was weak. In fact, it was so brutally strong that, in the game, Lufas had
reacted with, “Isn’t this just unfair?” when she’d seen it.
The effect of her skill was to invalidate all restrictions on high-ranking heaven-arts. There were several skills that restricted the user from being able to use arts over a certain level or tier, but Parthenos could ignore that and mix in as many highest-tier arts as she wanted.
At first glance, it seemed mundane, but it was almost a joke how absurd the skill was. That was because priests and sorcerers got skills that lowered the SP cost for spells under a certain rank or eliminated the casting time for heaven-arts under a certain rank. Of course, this only applied for low-ranking spells and heaven-arts, so the main use for Fourth Star was to machine-gun out low-tier heaven-arts at a high rate, thus substituting quality for quantity.
But Parthenos could ignore that. Skills that would normally only apply to weak arts and spells easily applied themselves to her highest abilities. As a result, she was able to fire off as many high-level arts as she wanted with no wait time, a nightmare for her enemies! True, in terms of actual combat ability, Parthenos was in the running for the weakest among the Twelve Stars. There was no doubt about that.
Actually, she wasn’t just in the running; she was clearly the weakest. As an individual, Pollux was weaker. However, she was treated as a set with her “twin” Castor, so, given that, the Maiden was still weaker than the two of them. Even Lufas had said, “Her support abilities are amazing, but her combat abilities are a little...” She basically just said that Parthenos was weak. However, she had also said, “She’s more than worth it just by having her standing in the back casting.” Parthenos was a support specialist who could change the tides of battle just by being there; that was the power of the former Maiden.-Volume 7, Part 8

“Former, that is. I passed down that title to my grandchild. Now I’m just Parthenos.” Parthenos laughed boldly as she activated her skills.
She started with the high-level priest skill “Double Star.” The condition to acquire this skill was for the user to be priest level 100.
Then, she activated “Fourth Star.” The condition to acquire this one was for the user’s Priest level to be 200 and for the priest to have already learned Double Star. Also, this skill couldn’t be used unless Double Star had already been cast, so using it required a bit of lag. However, its effect was tremendous. The skill allowed the user to cast up to four mid-level heaven-arts at once for a certain amount of time.
Parthenos moved her fingers, and four pentagrams appeared in front of her. Each of those applied themselves to her allies around her. There was the Sun element heaven-art “Photon Weapon.” It buffed her allies’ attack power. Then, the Sun element heaven-art “Ray Block.” It raised her allies’ physical defense. Third, the Sun element heaven-art “Ray Barrier.” This one raised her allies’ magic defense. And lastly, the Sun element heaven-art “Photon Field,” which created a field which could shoulder any damage taken from allies.
“And that’s not all. If you don’t hurry and stop me, it’ll be too late, you know?” Parthenos said as she once again started casting.
Sol’s expression changed as he immediately went on the attack, but he was too late. Thanks to him showing off how easy he had it, he was a step behind. In that time, Parthenos had already cast another four buffs. The Sun element heaven-art “Regenerate,” which automatically regenerated ally HP for its duration. Then, she cast the Sun element heaven-art “Mana Regenerate.” This one did the same, but for SP. Third was the Sun element heaven-art “Speed of Light.” It doubled the speed of those it affected. And lastly the Sun element heaven-art “Aura Burst,” which raised all stats of those who it affected. It also stacked with other buffs.
Sol attempted to attack Parthenos, but Terra blocked it with his blade. Normally, Sol would completely overpower Terra, but this time, their contest of strength was even. It was all thanks to Parthenos’s buffs. Terra’s block gave Parthenos another turn. Once more, she had enough time to cast even more spells.-Volume 7, Part 8

Parthenos applied 2 buffs, one which specifically boosted attack power, and another which boosted all stats, just for Terra to be able to keep up with Sol, so imo Sol normally should be at least 2x stronger than Terra.
So what does this all mean really? Ruphas currently scales to this, which is 1214 exatons, this would be her normal ap, with amps she would be 2x stronger, so 2428 exatons, meanwhile normal level 1000's like Terra would be 606 exatons, so all Low 5-B, just varying levels.
Aigokeros, Ouroboros and Above
Brown Dwarf level, possibly Star level
Via this calc Aigokeros is Brown Dwarf level, Ouroboros scale.
Orm
In the past I dismissed all mentions of Ouroboros destroying stars as being mistranslations, as looking at the raws it used "Hoshi" which could mean either stars or planets, star level didn't really match with the level of feats, however now since higher feats than planet level exist, don't think we can discount this possibility entirely anymore
Orm is stated to be able to destroy stars
MizgarzOrm. This was his true form, that of a dreadful agent of divinity from old myth. His body was completely covered in black scales, each of which was large enough for Aries to ride on in his monster form, to give some sense of how impossible his scale was.
However, even at that size, Orm never lost sight of Lufas. His shining, golden eyes properly captured the form of Lufas, his small but undoubtedly formidable enemy.
“As expected, just stunning. So that’s your true form.”
“It is.”
Orm opened his mouth, instantly unleashing a beam of destructive light that swallowed everything in sight. It could only be described as the judgment of divinity, something that no living thing could fight against.
The surging light completely erased the comets and asteroids that were in its way, as it continued in a line. There were even chains of delayed blasts as stars exploded after the light passed by.
However, the target of the beam, which had taken the full brunt of it, hadn’t disappeared. She was pushed back a mere several hundred kilometers, but her arms were still crossed while looking at Orm with a leisurely expression.-Volume 8, Part 8
However, even at that size, Orm never lost sight of Lufas. His shining, golden eyes properly captured the form of Lufas, his small but undoubtedly formidable enemy.
“As expected, just stunning. So that’s your true form.”
“It is.”

However not too long after this Orm's size is compared to the stars in the sky
“Losing sight of an enemy in an explosion...” Lufas trailed off. “That was a trope and kind of a losing flag in the battle manga my avatar liked.”
At the same time Orm received that telepathic message, a shock ran through his head. He was attacked by something, and that something managed to break Orm’s scales, which were harder and tougher than anything else in the world, and draw blood. Then, there was another impact. Orm’s body was bounced back like a spring and sent adrift through space.
What...? No, wait, there’s only one person who can do this. That person—Lufas—didn’t even seem that hurt by the explosion of a planet. She seemed mostly unchanged from before as she looked down at Orm.
“So...” Orm said telepathically. “Not even the explosion of a planet works.”
“Don’t be so sad. That attack right now was a pretty good idea. It did actually do damage—not even I could take nothing from that—though that’s all it did. Even if you did that a hundred more times, my life wouldn’t be in danger.”
Orm completely ignored his own form for a moment and thought, You monster, from the bottom of his heart.
In front of him, Lufas slowly unfolded her arms and clenched her fists. While she’d been mostly passive up until now, she was finally going to fight for real. Orm was trying to keep his eye on her, but it seemed his wariness was meaningless. Lufas disappeared anyway, and Orm was blown away regardless of the size of his gargantuan body. What kind of ridiculous monster is she? Even with his size, which rivaled the stars in the sky, and his toughness, which surpassed them, Orm was easily punched away. From any standpoint, this should have been impossible.-Volume 8, Part 8

This is obviously not true since he is stated to be 123,000kmAfter a moment of silence, Orm came out with, “I see. Well done. You’re completely different from before.”
“If you understand what happened to you, then bring your best, Dragon of the Moon. You’ll regret it if you fall without ever having brought out your fullest.”
“I suppose I should take you up on your offer then.”
Normally, Orm had his power sealed under his own will. He shared this trait with Leon and the other Conquering Twelve Heavenly Stars, but Orm was on another dimension of scale. His true form was that of an ouroboros, those tasked with representing the Goddess of Creation.
Orm’s body lost its previous definition and started to change at absurd speeds. He grew to over 123,000 kilometers long, and his snout alone was larger than the mountain Vanaheim was perched on. Each and every one of his fangs was larger than Leon or the Dragon King, such was the absurdity of his size.
Battles were not just a measure of size, especially in this ridiculous world. Seeing the smaller completely overwhelm the larger was not a rare sight in this world. In fact, that sight happened everywhere. However, there was a limit to that. Being bigger didn’t necessarily mean better, but if the scale was too different, then it could never be considered a fight in the first place. This wasn’t just the difference between a person and an ant; it was the difference between a person and a microbe, the difference between a person and a god.-Volume 8, Part 8

However at the end of the battle, it's stated that several planets and stars were indeed destroyedThere was no skill or spell to free Orm from the restraints put on him by the Goddess. However, it was possible to place another restraint over the Goddess’s, thus canceling both out. If my control of Orm was to overcome his instincts, then it probably wouldn’t be impossible for him to fight the Goddess and her pawns.
“If I become your weapon, will I be able to fight?” asked Orm.
“I can’t make any promises, but the chances aren’t zero. At the very least, it’s far more realistic a plan than your defeating me.”
Orm paused, considering my words. “I see. Then do it.” Orm showed a faint smile and closed his eyes, making a show of nonresistance.
Now that it was over, I realized that it was a simple battle. All it was was a fight to see who would join who. Either way, the fact that we would join hands to oppose the Goddess wouldn’t change. This was just a childish fight to determine who would be on top. That was the true reason for this fight where several planets and stars were sacrificed, though Orm had probably imagined that I would slaughter all of the devilfolk if I were to win.
Still, a win was a win. As the victor, I didn’t hesitate to claim my prize and use my skill.-Volume 8, Part 10

So while the statements of Orm's size being star sized is obviously wrong, the statements about his ap are more credible.
Earth Ouroboros
The Earth Ouroboros is also stated to be able to collapse stars (Volume 8, Part 13). Of course again I think hoshi is being used, so it could just mean planet. I think the Orm statement about several stars and planets being destroyed makes things the most clear, but there is some interpretation here. Aigokeros does have a High 5-A feat, so Ouroboros are clearly already above planet level, so that gives more credence to the star ratings but it is pretty messy, hence why I suggested a possible rating, maybe a likely rating could work as well?
Level 1500
Solar System level with Full Power Magic
With magic, Ruphas can create pseudo stars with more heat than a real star, which consumes numerous planets, and causes a supernova
But that only made Lufas break into a full-faced smile. “Hmm. Then next it is our turn to enchant all of you,” she muttered, moving her fingers.
When she did, all the recently resummoned heroic spirits floated up into the air and were stabbed with powerful psychic force without being able to offer up any resistance. Then, Lufas held up her hand, gathering shining golden mana to a point beside her. The mana formed a shining golden bow of the sun, though its size was far too huge for her, and it was doubtful any arrow large enough to be used by it existed.
However, what it fired didn’t necessarily have to be an arrow. The effect of the spell was rather unusual for an attribute’s greatest spell in that it didn’t directly attack an enemy. Instead, it was more of a support spell. The spell multiplied the strength of the next spell by several times based on the time it took to fire, which meant that the bow would be firing a spell instead of an arrow.
“‘Prophet Who Nocks the Golden Bow’! And burn them to cinders, Solar Flare!”
Along with Lufas’s declaration came the launch of an attack spell that ranked in the upper echelons of what the Sun element was able to achieve in terms of heat and destructive power. The miniature golden sun that was unleashed swallowed up the heroic spirits before flying quickly out of the stratosphere and into the void of space. The speed of the spell surpassed the speed of light, and all the enemies that were hit by it were forcefully carried off into a distant star system.
But that wasn’t all. The solar flare was buffed by the effects of Prophet Who Nocks the Golden Bow, which increased its scale as well. It grew to over one hundred meters in diameter, then one kilometer, then ten kilometers, then one hundred kilometers before eventually completing its transformation into a pseudo star the size of a small planet, possessing such high gravity and heat that even real stars couldn’t compare. It consumed and crushed the numerous satellites, comets, and planets in its way before going supernova in far-off space.-Volume 6, Part 12

According to this average supernova emits 1 Foe, which would be Large Star level, but I think it having heat and gravity real stars can't compare to should put it above a quark nova, thus Solar System level.
Level 3000 and level 1500 Benet (Full Moon)
Solar System level
Ruphas
In the WN it was stated that level 3000's can destroy the solar system
- Level 1500 Alkaid
By now, the individual is just a bug in the system.
Because they have broken past the level 1000 wall, their maximum damage ceiling has also been increased. Therefore, from this category onwards, the destruction tier gets a little out of hand. A bit more specifically, it is possible for them to deal more damage than a planet like Midgard would be able to bear and shatter it. Furthermore, damage limits go up by one digit for every one thousand level threshold that they break past.
At this stage, they can fight at half the speed of light. From a single jump, they can reach space and with a single kick shatter a planet.
Even a mere shockwave of full-strength arcane magic will shatter countless planets and can even cause cosmic-scale explosions.
The Goddess: “(;゜д゜)…………? ?? ?!?” <= The Goddess in a state of confusion after the situation has surpassed her understanding. It seems she honestly doesn’t know how such a weird thing ended up happening.
- Level 3000
If they feel like it, they can probably destroy a solar system at the very least. (Half-assed statement)
The Goddess: “That’s right… This is a dream (runs away from reality).”-Chapter 137
This wasn't taken completely seriously before because it's a "half-assed statement", but considering Ruphas already has this capability at level 1500, I think it should be taken seriously.
Its stated level 1500's with full-strength arcane magic can cause cosmic-scale explosions, an obvious reference to the Ruphas feat of causing a supernova, Benet as a level 1500 would scale to this.
We have seen Benet use full strength magic, one of her trump cards, at level 3000 Ruphas who used a low level magic to counter
“It was an honest compliment. Just take it.”
Lufas swung her sword even though they weren’t close enough for it to land a hit. Of course, Benetnasch wasn’t stupid enough to simply wonder what the hell she was doing. Common sense had no place in a fight of this level; in fact, it wouldn’t be too much to say that whoever managed to flout common sense the most would decide the battle.
Benetnasch quickly flew out of the way. Not long afterwards, the ground split, and the slash that Lufas had launched cleared Mizgarz and traveled far into space, eventually bisecting an asteroid. However, the two combatants had no way of knowing of any secondary casualties that happened in the depths of space.
Lufas and Benetnasch both kicked off the ground at the same time, their clash in the middle whipping up violent winds. Benetnasch’s claws and Lufas’s short sword met, but Benetnasch quickly lost that contest of power and was thrown backwards. She hurriedly got back up, though, and held her arm out in front of her, palm facing outward.
“Luna Shooter!”
“Sol Bullet!”
Benetnasch unleashed a torrent of darkness from her palm, which was canceled out by a white ball of light shot from Lufas’s finger. The two spells became a pillar of black and white that stretched to the heavens, both eating at each other in a spiral as they raged upwards into the sky. The two spells were even in terms of power, but the magic that Benetnasch had used, Luna Shooter, was a high-ranking Moon element spell which used an enormous amount of mana to overwhelm and kill the target. It was one of her trump cards. On the other hand, Lufas had used Sol Bullet, which was a basic Sun element attack spell. Her spell was of a much lower tier. The fact that Lufas and Benetnasch were even in power showed the difference in their magic abilities.-Volume 5, Part 6

So imo clearly level 3000 Ruphas scales above level 1500 Ruphas supernova feat even with just normal magic.
Benet
While being amped by the Moon, and exceeding her limits through sheer will, Benet was able to do decent damage on level 3000 Ruphas
The fight two hundred years ago had gone just like this. Benetnasch had been cornered to the point where she could only have managed one more attack, and she had been about to bet it all on a one-hit wonder. Back then, the battle had suffered some dumb interference, but this time, things were different.
Benetnasch focused all her remaining power into her right arm and fixed her enemy with a level gaze. “Let’s go, Maphaahl... It all ends with this last attack.”
Benetnasch made sure to use the same lines she had two hundred years ago, and Lufas, realizing that, replied in kind. “Yeah, you’re right. Come, Benet.” Even her beckoning motion was the same, and to Benetnasch, that was both hateful and unbearably lovely.
Okay, the stage you’ve waited for all this time is right in front of you, Benetnasch. The continuation of that day is happening right now.
Benetnasch’s face twisted into an expression of joy, and her crimson eyes burned.
“OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHH!!!”
This is the end, no matter the outcome!
Benetnasch, who was using even her life force as fuel, was truly a shooting star. Her actions were something that Lufas had never seen the likes of in her several hundred years of life. She was the fastest she’d ever been, and shined the brightest as well, as she charged Lufas head-on.
On the other side, Lufas also charged straight in. She chose to employ no tricks and faced Benetnasch head-on, so in order to intercept the blow, Lufas raised her right arm. Both of their arms crossed, and blood sprayed.
The one who was bleeding was...Lufas.
Benetnasch’s all-out attack had ripped open Lufas’s shoulder and scored a large wound. The wound wasn’t exactly deep, but unfortunately, it wasn’t shallow either. While the bleeding was showy, the wound itself hadn’t reached bone, so Lufas would be able to heal it quickly.-Volume 5, Part 7

The Damage Limit
What is the Damage Limit
There is a wall/limit, which prevents characters from being able to destroy the planet
If it was talent...then Leon knew he was above those two for natural - born talent, enough that it wouldn’t even be a contest. Lufas and Benetnasch definitely qualified as geniuses, or maybe child prodigies, in Leon’s book, but that still couldn’t be compared to Leon, who was born at level 1000. They were clearly inferior.
It’s the difference between someone who was born the strongest and those who weren’t. There’s no way I lose to them. There’s no way I’m lower than them. But the fact is that Lufas and Benetnasch got ahead of me; they’re above me right now.
I hate that from the bottom of my heart. I won’t stand for it. Why? Why can’t I get past this wall?
Why can’t I go past level 1000?
The more Leon thought about it the less he felt he knew, leaving behind only an unreasonable, targetless anger. Leon flexed his log - like arms, making the veins in them pop up as he punched a nearby mountain in his irritation. His literally inhuman power crushed the rock, breaking down a sizable rock mountain to dust. But Leon wasn’t satisfied, because he was made to realize that he was lacking.
No, not like this. I can’t become “someone who’s forged ahead” with just this. They can destroy planets. I can’t do that. Benetnasch can easily rip her way through this world and reach the other side. I can’t do that. Lufas can turn entire planets to ash with a single magic spell. I can’t do that.
Even though Leon shouldn’t have been lagging behind them in power, there was a gap in the destruction they were capable of. There was a wall, a wall separating those who had surpassed the limits and those who hadn’t. It was a wall of a mere single level, separating those between levels 1000 and 1001. As long as Leon couldn’t surpass that wall, he would forever be bound by the damage limits set by the world. No matter how far he stretched his stats, he would never be able to reach that peak.
Not only that, but there was a certain cheating crab who could ignore that limit even though he was only level 800. For some reason, Leon was reminded of his existence as the thought passed straight into his brain.-Volume 7, Part 6

Characters are prevented from being able to destroy the planet, unable to deal more than 99,999 damage
Still, his enemy right now was even stronger than the Thirteen Stars. His blades, which looked like they’d hit square on, only managed to leave behind a small scratch on Sanieve, leaving Karkinos shocked silent.
“This is the skill Muliphen,” Sanieve explained. “Only representatives of the Goddess are allowed to have it. I have just placed a limit upon you.”
Mizgarz was a world bound by gamelike laws imposed by the Goddess. Vitality was represented by an easy-to-understand HP metric, as was the damage inflicted on others. Normally, no such convenient thing existed. Imagine, for example, a random person with 100 HP. If they were to be struck by a baby, they would lose 1 HP. That would mean if they were struck one hundred times by a baby, they would die. In what kind of ridiculous world would that ever happen? However, Mizgarz was just such a world where something like this was made reality, and its people were forced to live under those silly laws.
Finally, the Goddess had given the denizens of the world a “limit wall.” It was a shackle placed upon them so that no matter how strong they got, they would never break the world itself. It also ensured that no matter how powerful they were, they would never deal more than 99,999 damage in a single blow. Because of that, even Leon, who was supposed to boast the most power among all the Thirteen Stars, could not destroy a planet in one attack. In this way, the limit that Sanieve had placed on Karkinos was even lower, limiting the damage Karkinos could do to only four digits—in other words, 9,999 damage.-Volume 9, A Wild Ex Boss Appeared, Ex 7

Currently we equivocate 99,999 damage with planetary destruction, but this is to be wrong as Midgard is stated to have an HP of 900,000
(Author note)
The Earth Ouroboros used Earthquake! It was super effective!
Midgard’s HP: 900 000 / 999 999
Midgard: “(;゜Д゜)Please stoppppp!!”
– The most terrified one was actually Midgard.-Chapter 174

It lost 99,999 after attacks from the Earth Ouroboros, so even the Ouroboros are restricted by the damage limitations. What I think is wrong is considering 99,999 as the limit of the casts ap, and also I will get into later why I think we shouldn't take the HP values given by the author as legitimate.
Why the Cast aren't only Planetary
Ladon
Ladon's combined breath attack is stated to be powerful enough to destroy Midgard
Well, who could have expected that We’d have a silly weakness like that? Not knowing ourselves turned out to be a huge handicap, didn’t it? Thanks to that, our weakness has come to light in a dire situation like this. We didn’t know... Apparently, We seem to be weak to those We feel close to.
It wouldn’t have been a huge deal if the gap in power was big enough, but Alioth wasn’t such a weakling as to allow that.
“Lufasssssss!”
Next, the Dragon King roared hatefully as he charged at us. He still has that much hatred left for us, even though he doesn’t have an ego? How annoying. He’s huge—170 meters—so any charge with that body will hurt, but not so much that We can’t do it.
We allowed ourselves to be carried backwards while suppressing the Dragon King’s heads, grinding away at the ground as We ate the charge head-on.
“Grk... Oooaarrgghh!”
Then, with just the grip strength of a single hand, We grabbed one of the Dragon King’s horns and used brute force to throw him up into the air. However, the Dragon King stopped himself midair and unleashed his breath attack with all ten heads in a counterattack. The breaths mixed together, turning into a single flash of light that rained down on us.
We can dodge—no, We can’t. If that thing hits Mizgarz directly, it’ll destroy the planet! Even if Mizgarz manages to survive, it’ll still destroy all of the human territories.-Volume 6, Part 13
It wouldn’t have been a huge deal if the gap in power was big enough, but Alioth wasn’t such a weakling as to allow that.

And yet Aigokeros destroyed it
「Interesting, interesting… It seems that good things can come out of living for a long time.」
“Play time’s over. Sink into despair… toy of the deity.”
Aigokeros, relying purely on his physical strength, slammed the Wood Ouroboros’s head into the ground.
With just a single hit, Midgard’s land shattered. The fractures which ran out from the impact were large enough that the planet might have been divided into two.
Aigokeros then picked the ouroboros back up and sent the Wood Ouroboros flying away with a tightly clenched fist.
He then leapt up, chasing after it. He grabbed the nearby Moon with both of his hands and slammed it down on top of the Wood Ouroboros’s head.
Then a second time, a third time – unable to withstand its severe misuse by the Devil King, the Moon crumbled into bits and pieces. The Devil King then opened his mouth, gathering an intense black light within it.
It was the same dark destructive ray which had blown away even the Mutant God.
In response to Aigokeros’s action, the Wood Ouroboros charged up a lightning bolt from its mouth, firing it at the same time as Aigokeros.-Chapter 176

Libra can also cut the Moon in two
“Whatever…Let’s go, Libra!”
Scorpius jumped onto the fully armed Libra as the latter flew by using her vernier thrusters. Her current speed was unlike anything that Libra had ever reached. Accelerating at an insane speed, Libra flew into outer space in an instant.
『You keep getting in my way…』
In space, the Earth Ouroboros was about to unleash its breath upon Taurus. However, Libra saw it and deployed all of her weapons, simultaneously firing the cannons. Many flashes and guided missiles exploded on the flank of the Earth Ouroboros, while Scorpius jumped off and recovered Taurus. She then extended her weapon at the ground near Aries and used it to return to the ground by retracting it.
Meanwhile, Libra flew around the Earth Ouroboros at high speed, using explosives to distract it.
『Petty tricks!』
The Earth Ouroboros breathed out, trying to shoot her down. However, Libra evaded the destructive light which could move only in a straight line. She went around the ouroboros to close the distance and aimed her cannons at its nose.
“Full fire!”
And she fired.
The Earth Ouroboros’ face fell under heavy fire, completely blocking its vision. Furthermore, the Left Scale was activated. When she swung her left arm, the left cannon which was connected to her arm moved as well, and a huge blade of light emerged from the muzzle. This was already more than twice the attack power of the normal Libra, but it wasn’t over yet. The blue jewels on the left side of the ammunition dump started to glow.
『Weapon support, activate. Zubeneschamali, output five hundred percent.』
The Gatekeeper’s voice echoed, and the blade of light from the left barrel enlarged considerably. If Libra wanted to do so right now, she could probably cut the Moon in two. Libra swung the disproportionally large blade down, slicing through many rocks that were floating in space and explosively striking the Earth Ouroboros’ face.
Violet lightning flashed everywhere. The ouroboros’ scales were scorched, leaving behind a scar that was not shallow.-Chapter 181

Orm is shown destroying stars

The Earth Ouroboros is stated to be able to collapse stars (Volume 8, Part 13).
And finally this calc of Aigokeros punching the Wood Ouroboros to the Moon, they would scale to Brown Dwarf level. So if they are many feats and statements which put the cast above planet level, I don't think we should restrict them to that level. I do have an explanation for what's going on here
Explanation
Alovenus has placed a law into place which prevents the planet (Midgard) from being destroyed. It's even stated that the might of an attack is forcibly brought down upon impact to prevent the planet's destruction
“Looks like you’ve been the victim of quite the dull bout of manipulation. Well, you should wake with a punch anyway. We’ll make sure to hold back, so get ready for our all!”
That’s a contradiction. You’ll hold back, so she has to get ready for your all? What does that even mean? But the way this world and its skills worked allowed such contradictory statements to actually work.
Dina felt it instantly. The weight of Lufas’s presence suddenly and explosively rose as she broke through the level limit.
Normally, the Observing Eye skill wouldn’t work against those stronger than the user, but Dina was the Goddess’s avatar. She could ignore that restriction as she measured Lufas’s level, and she almost fainted when seeing that it was as ridiculously high as to be over 4000. The level limit was also a wall that limited the scope of destructive power. It was a defensive measure of the world that lessened the impact of blows so that power that was too strong would not destroy the world itself. If not for that, whenever someone moved faster than the speed of sound, a sonic boom would blast through the area they had traveled through, causing untold damage. If anyone were to surpass the speed of light, the world would probably perish.
Also, there was more than one wall. Just in case, there were a total of ten walls set every 1000 levels, which meant that there were also level barriers at level 2000 and 3000 as well. And right now, Lufas was over level 4000. She’d already broken through four barriers. In that state, the maximum damage she could deal was 999,999,999! It was possible for her to do almost a billion damage in a single blow.-Volume 7, Part 22

My interpretation is dependent on the wording here, it's stated that the impact of blows is lessened so as to not destroy the world. The characters may be strong enough to destroy the planet, but the law in place prevents them from doing so. The example of moving faster than sound is used, which says that normally moving at supersonic speeds would create a sonic boom, in AWLBA, that's not the case, the same thing with moving at FTL. In short while the cast do move faster than sound and light, that movement isn't going to destroy the world, the same thing applies to their ap imo, while they have the ap to destroy the planet, that ap isn't going to destroy the planet, basically this is an ap vs dc argument.
Adding to all this, while in space we have seen numerous instances of characters destroying planets/stars, yet while on the planet they can't do that, the explanation is simple, Midgard has a law which prevents planetary destruction, but other celestial bodies don't have that law, in other words their dc is restricted on Midgard, but not elsewhere.
Here is an example; Orm with 1 attack was able to destroy Mars
Instead, he swiftly moved on to his next attack. Every part of his body—like his scales, hands, legs, tails, and horns—all started to glow, and the next moment, he unleashed over a hundred lasers at once. Each and every laser dug into nearby stars and erased the various stone flotsam floating around in space as they raged about at the speed of light.
The lasers changed angles, pointing straight towards Lufas. She started to evade, her arms still crossed in front of her, and all the lasers changed angles to chase her. A chain of explosions were whipped up, sending Lufas flying in the direction of Mars.
Mizgarz’s solar system was a mirror version of Earth’s, so outside of Mizgarz taking Earth’s place, it was all the same. Therefore, there was also a moon and a sun, as well as Mars and Mercury.
Just as Lufas made contact with Mars, Orm once again unleashed a beam of light from his mouth. The beam of light once again swallowed Lufas, but it had already been proven not to work.
How about the secondary effects, though?
The dragon’s destructive beam hit Mars’s core and caused it to swell, swallowing Lufas up in a gigantic explosion soon after. The final sparkle of a planet’s life, while not nearly comparable to a star’s supernova, still boasted an overwhelming amount of power and heat. While using his own body as a shield to protect Mizgarz from any aftereffects, Orm continued to watch the explosion without letting his guard down.-Volume 8, Part 8

Orm is restricted by the damage limit thus should only do 99,999 damage, the Moon has an HP of 250,000, how is it possible that someone who is doing 99,999 damage can destroy something bigger than the Moon thus having more HP, than 250,000?
I think the explanation is the restriction doesn't apply in space, so Orm does more damage in space than on Midgard
Addressing A Potential Issue
Taking things at face value, Midgard has like 900,000 HP, the Moon 250,000, Taurus has 230,000, if you just look at that, you would say clearly Taurus is less durable than the Moon, in fact since most of the cast is limited to 99,999 damage, nobody outside the rule breakers ie Ruphas, Orm , Benet etc, should be above Moon level. There is an issue with this logic though, even ignoring all the feats above Moon level. The author gave HP values for each planet in the solar system
(Author note)
The Earth Ouroboros used Black Hole Eclipse!
Pluto’s HP: 0 / 500 000
Pluto: “My adventure sadly ends here!”
Neptune’s HP: 0 / 850 000
Neptune: “Are you supposed to be a machine that only kills planets or something!?”
Uranus’s HP: 0 / 999 999
Uranus: “Cami—… You are my—…!”
Saturn’s HP: 6 300 002 / 6 500 000
Saturn: “Humph, as if an attack like this will—…”
Saturn’s HP: 0 / 6 500 000
Saturn: “Don’t use your Z skill!”
Jupiter’s HP: 0 / 4 200 000
Jupiter: “May there forever be glory to our solar system!”
Venus’s HP: 5 000 000 / 5 000 000
Venus: “I got away.”
* The sequence at which Venus would be eaten by the black hole is after Midgard.

Venus has higher HP than Jupiter, despite being smaller and logically easier to destroy... This makes no sense, so I don't think we should put much stock into the HP values the author gives in these comments. They don't exist in the actual content of the story, and make no sense.
I propose we scrap using these values.
Higher Outside Midgard Ratings
Basically if Midgard's laws are what nerfs the casts ap/dc, if they aren't on Midgard, it would be higher. So in space or vs match which is a neutral environment, for example, they should scale to higher ratings.
Brown Dwarf level, possibly Star level Durability
Basically everyone who currently has planet level durability via having more than 99,999 HP, should be upgraded. Boss class monsters have high HP, typically over a million, hence normally while on Midgard it is impossible for someone like Leon to die in one attack
The ouroboros was planning to squish all three of them at once.
However, Leon resolutely stepped in just in time. “You bastard! Don’t you dare ignore me!”
“I haven’t been.”
Just as Leon jumped at the ouroboros, he turned to face Leon. Leon’s eyes went wide with surprise at the speed at which he changed targets as the space in his vision started to blur and waver under his control. Right afterwards, Leon felt an impact. Pure gravity powerful enough to collapse stars burst against Leon, and he was flung into the sky.
The damage ceiling for a single attack was 99,999. Given that, it was impossible to defeat Leon in a single hit—or it should have been. However, this gravity wave did not dissipate after hitting Leon. Instead, it continued to deal damage without disappearing. While technically being a single attack, it would continue to deal damage as long as one didn’t get out of its gravity field, and it had enough power hidden within it to take Leon’s HP down to zero in but a moment.
The pain rendered Leon unable to act for a moment, until he yelled out, “Goddammiiiittttt!”
Leon somehow managed to fight his way out of the enhanced gravity and was unceremoniously dumped out onto the ground. There were no Observing Eye users around, but if there had been, they’d be able to see that the attack just now put Leon down to 50,000 HP, which was within range of an instant kill. Even without that skill, it was obvious to see that he had taken serious damage. Such a sight had the entire group sink into silence, in which the Earth ouroboros’s voice seemed all the larger.-Volume 8, Part 13

Note here it's stated this attack which is restricted to 99,999 is powerful enough, in other words has the ap to collapse stars, but obviously not the dc since Midgard's rules prevent it, but Leon can survive it.
So everyone with more than 99,999 become absurd tanks, this seems crazy because if Leon and others are that durable, how could the rest of the cast who aren't Ouroboros deal damage to someone like Leon? This I will explain in the varies section.
Varies
Even a baby would be able to damage the strongest characters due to how levels work, dealing -1Hp (A Wild Ex Boss Appeared, Ex 7)
Level 150's can deal fatal injuries to level 300's if they are unguarded
Right before Virgo slammed into a tree, Sei stepped in and caught her, preventing her from taking massive damage. That was when the spiderman spat spider silk from his mouth, binding the two of them up.
“C-Crap...!”
“Wai— I can’t see! My wings are in the way!”
In just a short time, Petto, Friedrich, Sei, and Virgo were all rendered helpless. Faced with that fact, Kross and the others shivered.
The lamia looked at Virgo and sighed. “I’m surprised. So there was someone half-decent here. But with that kind of ability, you’ll be an obstacle to us later. Sorry, but you’ll need to die here.”
“Wait. Look at her. She’s just a child. There’s no need to kill...”
“You’re too naive, Sarge. Just stand back.”
The lamia raised her hand in Virgo’s direction, creating a spear of water. Even Virgo could be dealt a fatal blow if she was in a state where she couldn’t defend herself.
The lamia didn’t hesitate to launch the spear, but before it hit, Richard, Nick, and Shuu took action. Each of them used their weapons to hit the spear of water with the intention to somehow reduce its power, but their weapons were broken instead. The spear of water even went on to pierce through their armor, gouging holes in the three men’s bellies and legs.

We have also seen this at the higher levels where level 500's and 600's can do slight damage (slight bruising) to boosted level 1000's such as Sol
“Heavy Rain!”
Megrez finished his spell in an instant, filling the sky with a gigantic magic circle. From the magic circle came a multitude of water bullets so numerous that it was impossible to dodge. As its name implied, Heavy Rain rained down so many water bullets that it was no longer a shower of bullets and more like a solid wall of water.
Megrez, who had grasped the level and speed difference of his enemy by now, realized that normal attacks that only hit one target would not get the job done here, and so he’d decided on an area attack that wouldn’t leave any room to escape. Of course, such an attack would also sweep up his allies as well, but all the attacks coming towards them were blocked by Levia, who used its body as a shield. Water-aligned attacks held no meaning to Levia, whose body was made of water. If it were real water, in fact, it would actually have healed it.
“Hnngh...”
While defending against the endlessly falling bullets of water with his arms, Sol groaned slightly. Seeing that opening, the Gatekeeper struck out with its arm, and the giant fist went flying while spinning towards Sol. On top of
that, Levia transformed its body, launching a blade of water like a whip towards Sol at the same speed as the fist. The blade of water blocked the raining water bullets as it went, supporting the iron fist. Then, the fist impacted against Sol at the same time the blade of water slashed at his arm.
“That was a good attack, but...”
Sol’s arm wasn’t wounded. There was a slight bruise, but none of his blood had been spilled. However, Megrez and the other two didn’t spend any time wavering over every little thing. Instead, they swiftly moved on to the next attack.-Volume 8, Part 1

Put this all together the damage characters to do others depends on the difference in levels between them, even the weakest can do -1 to the strongest, and 400-500 level differences can result in slight bruising.
So everyone will all get Varies ratings, ie Level 1000 Ruphas will be Varies, normally Small Planet level.
Thulu
Downgrade to Small Planet level
The most bizarre level 1000, fitting to its nature as an anomaly I guess. So its established as being slower than other level 1000's, but I am doubting even its ap and durability now.
It's stated to be stronger than Ladon and Leon
He had once lived in the deepest parts of Mizgarz’s ocean. In fact, he wasn’t even entirely certain whether he could be classified as a biological creature. At the very least, he was strange enough to shake the foundations of common sense on Earth.
In the deepest, darkest depths of the sea, he had carried out his own evolution through the use of mana. His form became so repulsive and fearsome that it eroded the sanity of those who even looked at it. His cry broke the hearts and minds of those who heard it as well. He was a monster that had not been born from the Goddess’s will. Though he was more powerful than the Dragon King and surpassed the Lion King, he still managed to live in secret from the Goddess, free from ambition.-A Wild Ex Boss Appeared, Ex 8

Compare that to Ruphas
......Ahh, I should check my stats too, just in case.
To be honest, the level difference is so high it’s hard to tell how far I should hold back.

In like all areas Ruphas has better stats, and level 1000 Ruphas is inferior or comparable at best to Ladon and Leon, so I don't think Thulu is above them, this statement just refers to Thulu's abilities imo. It doesn't help that a team of level 800's could contend with it, while we have seen Boosted level 1000's like Leon and Benet easily deal with similar situations.
So Thulu should just scale to normal level 1000's like Terra imo.
Downgrade Durability to Unknown
Thulu has 2.8 million HP, thus would logically scale to having Dwarf Star level durability like Leon, except we see characters like Pisces and Aigokeros doing a lot of damage to it
Just like that, he used all his power to push the wicked god into the moon before opening his large mouth and gathering a destructive light in it.
This time, he descended back towards Mizgarz.
Once again, the two returned to the deeps as Pisces slammed the monstrosity into the sea bed before finally resuming his human form.
“Heh... Heh HA HA HA HA HA! Have you learned your lesson?! In the end, something like you could never match up to us!” Pisces reveled in his victory, laughing heartily.
Meanwhile, Libra calmly observed the enemy without growing impatient, noticing that its signs of life hadn’t weakened in the slightest. “No, it’s not over yet,” she said, speaking up.
“What?”
Libra was proved correct when the wicked god got back up. It had hideous burns all over its body, but outside of the wound to its body dealt by Aigokeros, almost all its wounds were done healing by now.-Volume 7, Part 13

In no other instance has a level 800 done this kind of damage to a level 1000's, it's an outlier. Libra analyzed Thulu insides and determined it was nonsensical, not matching any other living thing. Libra was even able to stab it with no resistance
The waves of power coming off the two of them stained the ocean black and caused fish for several kilometers around to lose their sanity and die of shock while screaming. A pair of male merfolk laughed incessantly as they stabbed each other with their weapons and died at the same time. Meanwhile, a sea creature with a long body like a snake’s chewed open its own belly, ending its life.
Their very existences represented calamity. Without even lifting a finger, those driven to insanity by them were ending their own lives. Such was the power of the wicked god and demon king; they were evil embodied. However, neither of the two who were in the center of this whirlpool of insanity were affected by the other.
“I expected this, but it looks like your manipulation is doing nothing.”
Libra launched anchors from her hip cannons. She aimed for the monstrosity’s body, right at the part that contained a high density of important organs. Libra’s eyes could see through matter, much like an X-ray on Earth would, and she could clearly make out the wicked god’s innards through its tough skin. The shape and positioning of its organs was just as nonsensical as its form would suggest; nothing inside matched with any of Libra’s data on living things. However, Libra was somehow able to determine which organs were important and which were not from the flow of its blood.
The anchors stabbed into the wicked god, seeming to have met no resistance at all, and Libra started to transmit the ultrasonic waves. The wicked god’s body twitched as it reacted to the attack, and it let out a sound that was most likely a scream. But even if it was taking damage, it wasn’t enough to be fatal.-Volume 7, Part 13

So I think Thulu is an exception to the rule, and should have Unknown durability.
