This thread needs another bump before it dies, so here is a small analysis comparing the two.
Their attack potency, striking strength, and durability are in the same tier, which makes sense because both are two-dimensional. They also don't have any range by 3-D standards, so they are matched there as well. The Square's speed is unknown while the Little Circle's speed is stated to be below average.
Now while the shape does seem to give the Square an advantage, with the edges potentially being used as a cutting weapon, there are some advantages that the Little Circle seems to have that weren't noticed. For one, Little Circle has better stamina, with her stamina listed as low while the Square's is very low. Additionally, while the Square only has Small Size listed under abilities, Little Circle has both that and Spaceflight. This means that she likely outclasses the Square in maneuverability, and could potentially use it to take the victory.

I don't have a conclusive idea on who wins, but I think this should be considered.
