Okay, let's first mention cool spot advantages:

Better energy projection (Much more spammable has show to be able to kill insects)
Better standard acrobatics (Buddy relies too much on her webs for her acrobatics)
Can counter Buddy webs with energy projection

Buddy advantages:

Better overall mobility
Higher durability
Can stum cool spoot with her lasers
Can eat cool spot for a easy incapacitation
Better speed stats
Can use webs to restrain Cool Spot
